This ski-in/ski-out, ground-floor condo is located right at the base of Okemo Mountain, with views of the Clock Tower base lodge and lifts. Walk right onto the lift and to ski school. The location is ideal for couples wanting to be right by the action at the base lodge or for a family with small children wanting the convenience of being near the base area and ski school.

Return to this cozy condo after a full day on the slopes and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere where you can relax on the sofa, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen, and enjoy the views from the patio.

Some highlights include free high-speed WiFi, a heated ski locker just outside the door, and access to a coin-operated washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo does not have air conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Such a convenient location. Check in was a breeze. Our first time at Okemo and was so glad to have been in a true ski in ski out. My only cons were two- the bedding was a bit questionable. Multiple stains on sheets, blankets, etc. Had I brought my own, would have felt much more comfortable. And the pull out is barely habitable. I would say bring an air mattress instead of thinking about the pullout as an option. I’ve been on many a pullout in my days and this was by far the worst one.

Location is perfect, right in front of ski school slope. Needs some improvements, sofa bed is pretty old and tv is very small. Otherwise we enjoyed ski trip at okemo.

You can’t beat the location, but other reviews which complain about the poor quality of the sleeper sofa, outdated decor, and lack of silverware are accurate. Overall, we had a great holiday skiing vacation, but the room didn’t add to the experience.

Great location for ski in ski out unit on 1st floor. Steps away from clock tower base and lift. Easy access to post ski fun for drink/dining super close The Loft or The Bull both 2 mins walk from condo.

Fantastic condo and location! Immaculate property, has everything you need for a wonderful ski getaway. One minor tip for future stays - Okemo resort is cashless, but the washer & dryer for the condos are coin operated (quarters only). Plan ahead!

As advertised- very convenient

My sister and our two sons stayed here. It was simple, and extraordinarily convenient . It could use some updating - namely the pull out sofa mattress - labeled from 1992. Not comfortable. Besides that, it was right for the price if convenience is a priority.

Great Location, Property as Described - Easy Check-In/Check Out

A very nice condo, comfortable bed, and for the most part very clean. Truly ski-in and ski-out. Check in and check out was seamless and easy, with no need to go to a realty office. The kitchen was well stocked and clean, with the exception of the dishes and utensils, some of which were clearly not well washed. One thing to note is that there was evidence of mouse droppings in the storage drawer under the stove.

Great location, a few shortcomings though

The location is perfect. The habitation itself is very nice with one exception: the sofa bed is really old and uncomfortable. If you don't have to use it, you're all set. Check in & out times are a bit too restrictive (4 pm & 10 am) for my liking, so probably would look for somewhere with more generous times in the future.

Nice Location, Poor Service

Ideal location with ski in/out access. However, upon arrival, cleanliness was one star. Garbage not taken out from prior tenant, no kitchen cleaning supplies (no dish soap, no cleaning sponge, one kitchen towel), BLOOD STAINS on the comforter, lack of adequate bathroom supplies (no tissue, one roll of toilet paper, one small sample size of shampoo/conditioner, NO soap), burned out lights in the great room leaving it VERY dark at night, bedroom remote missing and no batteries in one of the two remotes remaining. We contacted management the evening of arrival with these issues. Kept getting promises that fixes would come with apologies. NO REMEDIAL ACTION TAKEN until night three of a FOUR night stay!! Texted VACASA ALL DAY the first day, then called VRBO the second evening who got VACASA on the line promising resolution "quickly" but NOTHING until the third night (again, of a FOUR NIGHT STAY!). Piss poor customer service in an outdated condo with 1970's decor - which was very work out. Drawers in the kitchen not functional. Bed springs worn out. One of the poorest experiences I have had at a VRBO. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! We plan to come back to Okemo to ski again - BUT NOT AT THIS UNIT OR WITH VACASA!! Again, very substandard experience - and with ZERO attempts to remedy or provide even a credit for future stay. AVOID THIS ONE!

Nice unit, well kept. Well stocked kitchen. Living room TV was smaller than expected, bedroom unit nice size. Although ski/ski out unit, because ski school uses most of the ski in run, best you can do is ski close.
