Complete with golf course views and a completely renovated interior, this spacious getaway is the best bet for year-round relaxation and fun. Located in the Colonnade Club just three miles from Arts Center Of Coastal Carolina, find everything you need within a quick drive. Spend blissful days between the sparkling coastline and the community’s shared pool and hot tub.

Ride bikes on the network of trails. Inside the condo, find a living area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and a TV. The fully remodeled kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals. Designed with your comfort in mind, this vacation rental offers dual suites, each with its own bathroom and a TV.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful place to stay, close to the beach and not too far to bike to everything else on the island. We even watched a gator sun bathe outside our balcony most afternoons. We wished we had more trash bags for our stay as we only had 1 in each can for the whole week, but other than that our stay was amazing.

Lovely for a short stay

The great thing about this location is that it looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The furniture was very comfortable, there were lots of space, and it was very homey. Would highly recommend over your standard hotel room. There were two bedrooms at this location and both are very comfortable even though we only use one. Upon arrival instructions were clear as far as check in, and the unit was cleaned to perfection. There were a few issues with this location, mainly being that it’s relatively empty. Everything seems to be new and in place like it’s supposed to be, but it would have been really nice if some of the basic condiments were included for a vacation stay. There’s plenty of utensils, dishware, glassware that you could use to make and enjoy a home cooked meal. However, basic cooking supplies (i.e. Oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, sugar, etc) would have been really nice since these are items that generally anyone would use to cook with, and they are non-perishable. As another example, they have a nice coffee pot, and Keurig in the unit, but there’s no coffee or pods in the unit. Nobody wants to buy these supplies because they tend to be more than what people need for short stay. Also, would’ve been nice to include some beach towels or at least extra towels, considering many people come to HHI for the beach. The only other issue was that contacting someone for help was somewhat difficult. The main number that was provided no one ever answered, and I had to call the emergency number to actually speak with someone. But I did talk to someone who was very helpful but the process was somewhat frustrating. If you were to need help, just call the emergency number or they do have a text option which works, but just feels very impersonal. Despite that I would definitely recommend staying here, and potentially will stay here again in the future.

OK property, Terrible Property Management

To sum up our visit it's like this. Come to HHI every year, 23 straight! 1st time renting from Vacasa & last time. Day 1 Floors were dirty. Day 2: only 3 channels work on TV/Cable, Text 855#. NO HELP. Also shower curtain rod falls on my head during shower, not attached to wall. 11PM property manager calls. Day 3: property manager arrives (we are not home) to fix curtain rod & TV, can't fix TV. Day 6: Cable guys shows up, can't fix TV either, but later shows up to run a new line from the deck, which I need to connect to the splitter. WHAT? I did because we needed to have wifi working. Day 7: The Shower curtain rod falls again while I am showering, hits me in the head, I texted the property manager. The best part of our stay regarding Vacasa was picking up the welcome package. I feel for the property owners, maybe they just don't realize how bad Vacasa is, how much they really do not care about their property.

Property was so nice! Loved the pool and only a couple minute walk to the beach. Another great visit to Hilton Head!

Awesome place!

It was a wonderful condo! It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything has just been remodeled and looked great. We loved being on the golf course! My son loved watching the golfers play right from our balcony. My only complaints were that the hot water ran out after the first person showered, the mattresses were a little firm for us (that’s very subjective though), and the management office should have explained that we needed a hang tag to park at the beach. Lucky we were given a warning and not a ticket.

Colonnade Club @ Shipyard was FANTASTIC

This is an awesome unit especially for two couples travelling together. With two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms for each. The property is well maintained and neighborhood within Shipyard's complex safe, quiet and enjoyable with it being adjacent to the walking path to the beach. This top-floor unit eliminates any noises from above, but there are three flights of stairs that must be navigated to reach the front door. The wooden stair complex used to access the various units in the cluster can be slippery when wet, so be careful! We last stayed on Palmetto Dunes property in our last year's visit and can honestly say the greens were much nicer at Palmetto than Shipyard if you are interested in golf like we were. Overall a very lovely stay again on Hilton Head! Next year we are trying out Pawley's Island!

NYE Hilton head weekend

This spot was amazingingly clean and perfect central location on the Hilton Head Island in Shipyard. The beach access was private and a short walk- lovely stay overall!
