This home is located on a paved 'country' road yet close to everything! At your home away from home you will enjoy unobstructed view of the catalina mountains. Yet you are only 5 minutes to CVS, Safeway, Frye's, Home Depot, Walmart, Century Movie Theatre, Starbucks and the Oro Valley Hospital. Approximately 10 minutes to Catalina State Park (hiking!), Trader Joe's, and Oro Valley Aquatic Center for those that like lap swimming. If Whole Foods is your favorite grocery hangout, you will be 15 min away and there are several dining options within close proximity. If you enjoy golf there are several local golf courses along with the well known La Paloma Golf course within a 20 min drive. Do you love cycling? If so, welcome to your destination cycling mecca! Cycle the Huckleberry Loop or head on up to Mt Lemmon for some beautiful scenery and a challenge. Saguaro National Park for hiking & cycling is also in close proximity. Or if you are coming out to U of A and don't want to stay in the city, it's only a 28 min drive to campus.

The neighborhood has a quiet, tucked-away feel. Just far enough from the bustle to slow down, but close enough to everything you need. Mornings start with birdsong and colorful views of the Catalina Mountains, and evenings end with relaxing desert sunsets and starry skies.
What I love most is the sense of calm here. You can drive a few minutes to shops, restaurants, and trailheads, then return to a peaceful space that feels like you are at your own private resort. It’s the kind of place where you exhale without realizing you were holding your breath.

The backyard opens to mountain views, cactus gardens, water fountains, birdsong, and quiet skies that change in color throughout the day. It has the kind of calm that makes you slow down without even trying.
I’ve designed the home with comfort and connection in mind, whether that means gathering around the fire pit, floating in the heated pool, or simply sitting on the patio listening to the birds in the morning. It’s private, peaceful, and close to everything you need, but it still feels like a true desert retreat.
