A detached studio apartment (445 sq. ft.) with a private entrance, full kitchen, full bath, dishwasher, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTV with Netflix/Hulu, and all the amenities of home. A clean, cozy, and comfortable home away from home in a quiet neighborhood. This beautiful unit is good for single person or couples

You will love our unit it was completely renovated (2020). New paints, flooring, lights. Fully furnished to provide you with comfort you deserve. Keyless door lock to access the unit. No keys to keep up with.

Perfect, low key apartment

This place was perfect for a visit to Hercules. We were close to family and had everything we needed, including some complimentary coffee. Plenty of space and all the amenities made our stay comfortable.

Great VRBO find

This is a wonderful VRBO rental. It is quiet, private, clean and a comfortable studio. Perfect for a couple, small family, or a business trip. Parking is the only kink. But the neighborhood is wonderful and safe that I did not mind the small walk. The host is great at communicating. Will look at this place again if another trip to CA happens.

A Lovely Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment on top of a garage. The location is in a quiet quaint old neighborhood of craftsman houses and within a short walk to the San Francisco Bay Trail. There are also two lovely parks within walking distance. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and the couch was also so comfortable that I accidentally fell asleep on it! There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, which has everything you need if you want to cook. We liked this place so much we showed it to our brother and sister-in-law, because they often have guests coming to stay near them from overseas. Oh, and if you are into this sort of thing, a large TV with lots of cable channels. We will definitely stay there again if we return to Hercules.

Lovely property in a gorgeous neighborhood

Hi Manik, Wanted to say a big thank you ! Your place is just lovely. Completely self-contained and self-sufficient, well stocked and loved the attention to little details (the cookies with coffee, the granola bars, the high quality hand soap and bathing soap). The bed is very comfy with a plush comforter and blankets. The property is really nice too with lots of windows, nice looking floors and beautiful beddings and linens. The neighborhood is perfect for a weekend getaway. One minute walk from neighborhood cafes and a minute walk from the trail - it’s just so gorgeous an experience. Loved staying at your place. Thank you for everything.

Awesome Property

This property in Hercules is a perfect place for visiting the Bay Area. Easy access to I-80 and the bridges to San Francisco and Marin County. Very clean and the property owers were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Studio!

The stay at Manik’s place was great! The studio had everything I needed for my week stay and the bed was super comfortable. The location was great and Manik was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything Manik!

Great location in quaint neighborhood, walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Very clean, and lovely views from the entry porch. The place was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a weekend. Owner was very responsive to assist upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home by the bay!

We were looking for a safe place to stay while in town for a graduation, this place fit our needs but exceeded expectations! Such a beautiful location in a peaceful neighborhood right by the water. The property was very private and very clean. The host provided everything we needed and then some! Wow I am so impressed and will be definitely returning. Thank you so much for sharing your home we felt like we stayed in a hotel and got to experience the surroundings. Bed was so comfy we got great sleep.
