Check-in Issues Overshadowed an Otherwise Decent Stay
The check-in process was a major headache. The lockbox code provided in the check-in email didn’t work, and we spent over 30 minutes trying to figure it out, assuming it was our mistake before finally calling the management company. We were given a different code, which worked—but with physical keys also inside, we assumed the code was temporary. Turns out the keys didn’t even work later that night, and we spent another 30 minutes trying to remember the code to get back in.Additionally, the parking pass was missing because the previous guests took it with them. We had to contact the manager the next day to get a new one printed.Aside from these issues, the stay was okay. The location was convenient, and it was nice having beach chairs and towels provided—even if the chairs were a bit worn. However, the bath towels left lint all over us, the shaggy rug in the living room felt crusty and not well-cleaned, and the worst part was the presence of small roaches that came out in the kitchen at night.This place has potential, but the check-in process and cleanliness definitely need improvement.
