Welcome to Kapalua Ridge Villa 812, where Hawaiian charm meets modern comfort. This spacious and beautifully appointed condo offers sweeping ocean views from every room and lanai, making it a perfect retreat for your Maui getaway. This two-bedroom condo features amenities such as air conditioning, free high-speed wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 California King beds in the bedrooms, a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area and private lanais.
This spacious and modern condo has been thoughtfully upgraded to ensure maximum comfort. It boasts individual control split air conditioning in each room, allowing guests to set their preferred temperature. The villa also features sweeping ocean views from every room and lanai, adding to its charm and appeal.
Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including beach chairs, towels, and linens. The adjacent pool house offers a free reading library and gas BBQs for guest use.
West Maui truly has it all, for an unforgettable vacation. From the stunning beaches of Kaanapali and Napili Bay to the lush hiking trails of West Maui, there's something for everyone. The closure aims to restore the severely stressed turf, particularly on the Plantation Course, home to the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament. Water restrictions were recently eased, but the prior total cutoff caused significant damage. The resort's management is working to ensure the courses are playable for the Sentry Tournament in January 2026. **

We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years of experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated, friendly staff, and attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
