Kahana Sunset E4 is a ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that features ocean views and split A/C units located in both bedrooms and the living room. Unit that can accommodate up to 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV with cable. Enjoy an evening drink or meal on the separate private lanai right off the bedroom! The en suite master bathroom has a large counter and beautiful tile surrounded walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds. Enjoy having easy bathroom access as it is right off the bedroom. As you walk inside you'll see there's a walk-in shower similar to the master bath. The spacious living room is equipped with a couch that converts into a queen-size sofa sleeper for extra guests. The kitchen is well-stocked and has new stainless steel appliances. Dine indoors or enjoy your meal outside on your private lanai.

This unit features two floors, both with an open floor plan to create a bright and spacious living environment. Both floors have a private lanai where you can enjoy views of the gorgeous blue ocean. There are not stairs to access the unit, but there are stairs to access the second level of this condo.

Kahana Sunset is a peaceful and private oceanfront complex that offers a pool and BBQ grills. Located in Kahana, you are near some of Maui's top beaches, restaurants, bars, golf, and other activities! This boutique-style resort is made up of 6 buildings and 79 units. spanning across 4.47 acres of lush grounds. My Perfect Stays will collect upon booking the Kahana Sunset Resort fee of $75 plus tax ($78.12) so you do not need to check in at the front desk upon arrival.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDED! By booking with My Perfect Stays, you'll receive one complimentary admission per day to a variety of popular activities. This perk applies to stays of less than 28 days only. Additional guests will pay full price, and unused admissions expire daily. Make the most of your stay with this exclusive bonus!

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

The place was great! Everything was clean and we had all essentials! The propety was very well maintained with beach towels for each guest! The place has an amazing view of the ocean to wake up to every morning or watch in the afternoon! There is a small beach with beach chairs available where we would watch the sea turtles feed! It is a hidden gem and great for snorkeling!

Beautiful beach views right out our door. Friendly staff. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach or pool just a short walk away. Grills by the pool. This place has everything a person needs for a beautiful vacation.

Furniture and appliances very ran down. Definitely needs updating. Pots and pans and utensils are in rough condition. Beach was ok but extremely small and almost non existent.

Overall, the location was great-and the condo was well equipped. Loved having the beach stuff available to use. The unit definitely needs some updating and a really good deep clean as there was dust throughout that set off the allergies of my guests. The master bathroom fan/light sounds like a lawnmower and provides littler actual light for using in the middle of the night. When we arrived there was not enough towels or bedding to accommodate the total amount of guests we have reserved for, but they were quick to bring the additional items.

I’m very sorry the unit wasn’t cleaned to standard and that dust affected your guests’ allergies — that falls short of what we expect. We’ve scheduled a professional deep clean, reinforced our cleaning checklist, and increased inspections to prevent this going forward. We’ll also have maintenance inspect the master bathroom fan/light and replace or repair it to improve performance and lighting. I’m glad our team was able to deliver the extra towels and bedding quickly; we’ll review inventory and pre‑arrival checks so future arrivals have everything they need. We had a great stay! Beds were comfortable, excellent AC and water pressure, and the beach gear was so handy. The My Perfect Stays team was very attentive to texts and needs. I wish it was a little more updated and could use a real deep clean, but it fills all our needs for a vacation spot in Maui! Kahana Sunset is a cute little community with BBQ, pools and beachfront spots. Great location close to Napili and Ka'anapali! Would recommend to anyone.

The host was welcoming and consistently responsive, provided helpful information before and throughout our stay. Checkin and checkout were super easy. Most of all, we loved the property! Wonderful, small resort feel. Our teens spent a lot of time in the pool and loved that we never had to jockey for space. The condo was well-equipped, and we cooked at least once each day. Loved having beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc…really added to our beach days! The beds and showers were really lovely and comfortable, and we appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer!

Well maintained with everything that you needed for your stay! We enjoyed our time and would stay again without question. When we arrived the door was left open which was odd but not an issue by any means. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back!

Enjoyed the location and ease of the location of the condo. The check-in was seamless. The condo had a small beach front which we enjoyed. The only draw back was it is the second line of condos so you are not directly on the beach front. But would highly recommend this place.

The location was great, it was central to many places and it was a quiet neighborhood. The views each morning were beautiful and it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. We were even able to see whales from our top balcony. The condo was nice and clean and the host was very responsive. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked though for a family of 7, which is the occupancy. It was missing enough utensils for everyone and some other key items, like pot holders, if you planned to cook to cook meals in the condo like we did. The viewing area of the bay offered beautiful views and the pool was very nice. At the time of year we stayed (December) the beach was inaccessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it very comfortable and roomy for a family of seven.

Great spot for the family

The property management was very responsive, the place had plenty of room and accommodations for us. The beach had great swimming and snorkeling. While the property was a further drive from the airport we did not have to travel far to enjoy Maui.

Perfect Location

Not only was the condo a perfect fit for my family during our visit, the location was even better than expected. A welcoming home and a perfect beach just a few steps away. We will definitely be coming back!

The condo was very nice and well appointed it was stocked with the basics needed, the facility staff were friendly and helpful with any needs I would rate the experience an 11 out of 10 except it wasn’t very clean inside, I would highly recommend it

Amazing location

The location was quiet and the beach felt very private. There is a small market a few minutes away so you dont have to drive 15-20 minutes to the larger grocery store.

Family Friendly Stay

Great condo rental for a family of 5. Beautiful large ocean views from condo, great beach access and fun pool and outdoor area. Enough space for everyone in the condo, kitchen well equipped. Great location if you enjoy NW Maui beaches, snorkeling , and hiking, which we do!
