Children's Play Area Vacation House & 2 car Garage

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath house in Long Beach!

Our home features spacious bedrooms with a special surprise for the kids, a loft net to play in above the beds! We have a fully equipped kitchen, and the cozy living room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. You'll be just minutes away from the beach, as well as the Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific, taking off for a cruise.

The space:
We have 3 bedrooms with different bed sizes for everyone. King, queen, and two twin beds are upstairs while a sofa bed is in the living room if you need it for a group of 8. Smart TV, washer and dryer, and our garage should meet your needs for your stay in Long Beach.

Our house is best set up for groups of 8 and less. Any unexpected overnight guests beyond 8 people will be charged $100 per person and reported to Airbnb. Let us know if you are expecting more guests!

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like a late check out. We can provide that for $45 MOST of the time.

If you check out late without asking us there is a $50 fee per half hour after check out.

Guest access:
We have a 2 car garage to keep your vehicle out of sight and close by, with street parking available. Our garage door is 6 feet and 6 inches tall and 16 feet wide. Large vehicles will NOT fit inside completely. There is street parking but it is first come first serve and can be difficult to find a spot on the weekends and evenings. We have a digital keypad on our front door so you can easily enter without handling keys.

Other things to note:
The loft net is only to be used with adult supervision. Only 3 children should be on the net at one time. Guests are using the net at their own risk.
