We loved the house and ammenities with exception of no hot tub. While description states no heat and doesn't mention the hot tub, the pictures of the pool clearly indicate there is one. Once you are standing there you can see the indications that there was one at sometime and has been filled in and covered up. I strongly suggest replacing photo with an updated one. Also the house was spotless but the pool deck was covered in green algae. The little extras to make the stay more entertaining was great. Such as, pool floats, books, and board games were all a nice touch. Beach equipment and sand toys. The location was excellent, convenient, and quiet. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Amelia Island

Great Place to stay. We had a wonderful family vacation and so enjoyed the pool and close walk to the beach! We enjoyed the beach toys and chairs, and wagon. But had a little difficulty carrying the loaded down wagon up and down the stairs going to the beach. Great place to stay and a beautiful beach!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are so sorry for any confusion regarding that pool area! We will try to get an updated photo as soon as possible. It has been a little challenging to coordinate getting in there to get updated pictures with back-to-back guest stays, but it is definitely on our list. :) Just for clarification, the property has never actually had a true hot tub. That smaller pool area has never been heated and has always functioned as a small pool rather than a hot tub. That is why updating the photo has not made it to the very top of our list, but we completely understand how it could be confusing for guests, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention! Thank you again for letting us know, and we hope you had a wonderful stay otherwise!

Great stay in a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at this Vrbo! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and in an amazing location—just a short walk to the beach and scenic walking paths. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The only downside was that the pool was freezing, as there was no heating option, which made it difficult to enjoy. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again!
