Excellent location 5 min drive to Clearwater Beach, 2-3 min walk to Seminole Boat Ramp, 2 min drive to downtown Clearwater! Come enjoy the best of Florida we have everything you need for a home away from home stay! Pictures don’t do this unit justice it’s even better in person! This is a duplex next door is another unit.

This property has been remodeled from top to bottom! While from the outside it might not seem like that once you open that front door you will immediately fall in love with it! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s in the process of being rebuild! In the front of the property is an empty lot as well as next to the property.
この宿泊施設の特徴
You can walk to Seminole Boat Ramp where it was completely remodeled. It’s only a 2-3 min walk! You can catch a boat ride from there or simply enjoy overlooking the Clearwater Bridge.
