Midcentury 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home in NoHo neighborhood, ¾ mile to Historic Downtown Flagstaff (15-minute walk), Historic Route 66, ¼ mile to the grocery store (5-minute walk), Northern Arizona University 1 ¼ miles (25-minute walk) and steps to the Flagstaff Medical Center.

Wood plank floors, Shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances. TVs in living room & bedrooms w/streaming WiFi connection. 3 Bedrooms with 2 king beds and a queen. Fully fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal BBQ.

This fully remodeled midcentury single-level home features three bedrooms and two baths. The bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs with speedy streaming WiFi access.

The great room is comfortable and features a breakfast bar that doubles as a workspace. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. The WiFi service is powerful, with a 400 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speed.

The master bathroom has a shower, while the hall bathroom has a tub/shower. Both have vanities and one-piece lavatories. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers.

The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built-in microwave, and French door refrigerator.

The fully fenced backyard features a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ grill. There is room for two cars.

We love QUIET dogs, and they stay for free. We’re sorry, but no cats are permitted due to allergies.

The home has a thick, acoustically insulated common wall with the adjacent erstwhile garage, the Beloved Bungalow.

Snowboard trip with family and lab

This house is perfect for a big family and dog. Updated decor and fenced in yard. We had a great time and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This cute little houses located in a great spot! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful and Rich was very good at communicating. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute little house

Cute little house. Perfect location for snowbowl. property is just of a main road and next to a medical center so traffice is busy. But overall nice stay. Steeaming in bedrooms weren't connected so we had to log in ourselves...would be nice to not have to use own log in. Beware of bookcase...looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Great for small dogs. Fireplace works but no heat from it. Overall it was a cute little house and would stay there again.

Dog friendly - location close to everything

Stayed for a long weekend just after a big snow storm. Single car, attached garage a huge plus! Enclosed yard for privacy and freedom for dogs to roam freely with direct access from kitchen. Large living area with gas fireplace and Smart TV - great for relaxing and warming up after hiking in the snow. Property is located on a busy street, corner lot, but there is a backyard gate that is accessible to the side street allowing for safe exit/entrance for walking dogs in neighborhood.

We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the midcentury charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the home as much as we do!
