Inside, the primary suite features a king bed, dual-sink en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. Upstairs you’ll also find a queen bedroom, a fun bunk room with 2 twin bunk sets, and a full bath with shower/tub combo. On the main level, gather in the open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—plus enjoy a versatile fourth bedroom with twin trundle bed and nearby half bath. A cozy patio rounds out the living spaces for fresh mountain air.
This home is perfectly located:
Just minutes to downtown Flagstaff, NAU, and the Train Depot
10 minutes to Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course
25 minutes to Snowbowl for skiing and snowboarding
15 minutes to Flagstaff Mall and shopping
20 minutes to Lake Mary for paddle boarding, jet skiing, and more
25 minutes to Sedona’s red rock views
But the location is only the beginning. Flagstaff is a four-season destination filled with adventure and natural beauty. In winter, visitors flock to the slopes at Arizona Snowbowl, while summer brings endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, and stargazing under some of the clearest skies in the country. The city itself is full of life—historic Route 66, local breweries, cozy coffee shops, unique restaurants, and boutique shopping make downtown a fun place to explore.
For nature lovers, Flagstaff is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. Explore Walnut Canyon National Monument, Sunset Crater Volcano, and Wupatki Ruins, all within a short drive. Families will love attractions like the Arizona Snow Park, Bearizona Wildlife Park, and the Lowell Observatory, where Pluto was discovered. Flagstaff is also a gateway to some of the Southwest’s most famous destinations: the Grand Canyon is just over an hour away, Sedona’s red rock trails are a quick drive south, and Lake Mary offers boating, fishing, and kayaking.
Whether you’re planning a family getaway, outdoor adventure, or simply a relaxing retreat in the pines, this townhome puts you right in the center of it all.
