Welcome to The Summit by Mitchell's Beach Condos

Come join us at what will quickly become "your" paradise complete with stunning sugar-white sand beaches, million dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico's gorgeous emerald green waters and plenty of family activities, convenience, and comfortable accommodations, all at The Summit in beautiful Panama City Beach. This newly renovated 10th floor unit is complete with fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, the very best amenities for all guests, and some of the Gulf Coast's most spectacular sunsets. The unit features 2 Smart HDTV. The bunk beds are custom outfitted with their own lighting and tablets for games or streaming.
The has everything you're looking for in a vacation, all designed to meet every possible need of families, couples, family reunions, and sports teams. It's time to relax and leave the rest to us.

Our units comes equipped with upgraded colored linens, beside fans, sound machine, multi charging cords and pads for phones, beach towels, Bogg bag, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, RTIC cooler, margarita maker, binoculars, playstation 4 with games, full length mirror, first aid kit, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods and a starter supply of toilet tissue.

The Summit does require a fee paid directly to the complex of $27 (No Cash) per reservation for parking and wristbands. This fee is not included in your rental rate. The Summit does not accept cash.

The Summit is situated on 600 feet of sugar-white soft sandy beach and offer resort amenities including two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, large pool deck area with Tiki bar (currently pool deck closes at dusk) two kiddie/children's pools, lighted basketball courts, Shuffle Board court, children's beach playground, seasonal Summit Adventure Zone for kids complete with dive-in movies, dodge ball, ping-pong, arts and crafts, and beach games, charcoal BBQ grills, Summit market shop, free Wi-Fi, and nearby dining, shopping, and golf. If you love water activities, Panama City Beach has everything you'll want to see and do. Zip across the Gulf on a banana boat or observe dolphins in their natural habitat (we have the highest number of bottlenose dolphins in the world). Experience world-famous fishing, amazing diving, kiteboarding, surfing, and even parasailing, where you'll get a bird's-eye view you'll never forget. Whether it's water sports, shopping, fun-filled family attractions, beach activities, or nightlife you enjoy, you can find your favorite thing to do in Panama City Beach. Great Trip!

We had a great stay. The room was just as advertised. We have stayed in many Panhandle Condos and this was by far the cleanest and best stocked room. If you are flying in this is the room you want. From the Bogg Bag and beach towels, to the cooler and wagon it has everything. There was nothing we went without. The owners are very involved in making your stay easy. There was a small maintenance item when we checked in and a quick text to the owner and it was on its way to getting sorted out. (It was not something that affected our stay, merely an issue that needed attended to so there was not future damage to the unit.) You will not be disappointed in this unit. Outside of the control of Mitchells Condos is the property of the Summit, we fortunately did not battle any elevator problems and had short waits. The pools did close at 8pm, but we knew this ahead of time. This was out of control of the condo owners, they are affected by this decision by the city as well.....If you want a great privately owned condo for your stay this is it!

It’s the little things

Katie & Jason have thought of everything with their rental. From the updated & tasteful beach vibe decor to the well thought out amenities (beach towels, beach bag, coolers, chair plus chair/umbrella service, washer/dryer, laundry & dishwasher pods, trash bags, chargers & more!)- they covered it all! These amenities were extremely helpful for us as we flew to PCB so didn’t have room for things like cooler, towels, etc. in our luggage. Owners very responsive & professional. No unpleasant surprises. All fees, contracts, etc. very straightforward & thorough. Enjoyed renting from Jason & Katie and would do so again in the future without hesitation.

Entire Family Loved It!!!

From the second we arrived at the condo, the kids were ecstatic about the place. The kids loved the bunk beds for them, the main bedroom was so spacious and the living and dinning area were superb. The view from the balcony will never get old. Everything you could have ever needed while at the beach was easily accessible and available. We have booked with Mitchell’s Beach Condos for years, and they continue to provide the best service and continuously renovate the condos. Thank you for continuing us to stay!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view!

The condo was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. The owners thought of everything. All you need for an awesome experience is food. The balcony was nice with padded seats and stunning ocean views. The owners were very attentive and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough! You will never go wrong with Mitchell Beach Condos!

Amazing!

We had arrived to PCB for a short family trip and the condo we had initially reserved was unsafe, dirty and disappointing. In a scramble to find a place to stay, Ms. Katie was patient, helpful, understanding and kind. We were able to stay at their condo (The Summit) and it was perfect. It was clean,super cute and most of all safe. My girls very much appreciated the PS4 and Netflix and my teens loved the chargers everywhere. Little things that were nice and unexpected included beach towels,beach chairs and even a beach bag we could use. The condo had a movie night in the pool and even one night had a DJ and karaoke!! What started out as a rough time ended as a great time. We had so much fun and Mitchell's Condos has this customer for life!

Great winter weekend get-away

The Summit Condo is where we stayed for a quick weekend get-away in February. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the condo was everything we could have asked for on a beach front condo. It was VERY clean, and the owners thought of every detail to make our stay pleasurable and stress free. In addition, the amenities make staying at this condo even better because there is a cocktail bar AND a snack bar that serves burgers, salads, and ice cream. The condo owners are very accommodating and prompt in responses to guests questions. I highly recommend staying at any of the Mitchell's Beach Condos.

Everything about our stay in your condo was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit! Everything about the condo was perfect. There are so many extras included with your rental there is really no need for packing all the extra's. First time!

This was our first time at PCB and I was so excited about our room. Well, it definitely didn’t disappoint! This room has everything you need and more. It is nicely updated and the owners thought of everything so you don’t have to. I truly have zero complaints. The resort could use some updating and the elevators were a pain at times but truly nothing to stress over. I had read some reviews that gave negative reviews regarding the summit but our room was perfect. We had issues with the code to unlock our door upon arrival due to the storm that had passed through before we arrived but the owner was quick to resolve it! We will definitely be choosing Mitchell’s Condos again!

Fantastic

The Mitchell's put tremendous foresight and effort into providing a beautiful vacation rental for families at the Summit in Panama city beach. You do not need to pack very much with them thinking about everything for you including washer and dryer and many beach amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked equipped if you choose to cook a few meals,or all week for yourself. Extremely clean with great amenities!
