We recently stayed at this condo and unfortunately our experience did not match the listing or its current rating.While the photos and overall rating suggest a well-maintained property, the actual condition was very different. There were visible signs of damage throughout the unit, including broken doors, damaged walls, and heavily worn or destroyed furniture. Most concerning, there were multiple spots of mold on the ceiling, which made us uncomfortable staying there—especially with children.Because of these issues, we ended up leaving early and booking a hotel for the remainder of our stay.To the owner’s credit, they were responsive, kind, and did provide a partial refund, which we do appreciate. However, the condition of the condo itself needs significant attention and does not currently reflect what is advertised.I would strongly recommend that the property be updated and properly maintained before being rented again. Future guests should be aware that the current condition may not match the listing photos or rating.

Great host

After a small hiccup upon arrival everything went really well! The only thing I would say is more silverware and towels are needed. Outside of that everything’s was fully stocked! Bed was extremely comfortable and host was easily accessible! Thanks for a great week!

Condo would've been nice if it didn't SMELL AWFUL

As soon as we opened the door we were like OH MY GOSH what in the world is that smell. We checked the washing machine for soured towels, checked the dishwasher and neither one of them were the source. It was an awful smell coming from the garbage disposal. Contacted the owner, she asked if she should send the cleaning lady, we told her it wasn't a cleaning issue but more of a maintenance issue and then we NEVER heard from her again until she sent the check out procedures. When trying to talk to her she said "the previous renters didn't say anything!" Well just because THEY didn't say anything doesn't mean that it didn't smell when they left! The owner kept trying to put the blame back on me at the end of our stay saying that I never replied back to her when that wasn't true. (have the screen shots to prove it). Was very disappointed in how she handled the situation. Everyone that came in our room that was staying in other rooms at the condo commented on how it smelled. They do have a very cute little condo and if it weren't for how she handled the issue...or rather didn't handle it...this review would've been MUCH better.

Kelly, again, I am so very sorry about the disposal smell and the degree to which it affected your trip. However, I am at a loss as to how we could have handled the scenario better. We have been short-term hosting for almost 7 years and a bad smell usually indicates a cleaning issue. I immediately offered to send in professional help to have the situation mediated and you declined so I don't see how I could have made the situation better if you wouldn't allow me to. I apologize for not checking on you again as we truly want our guests to enjoy their vacation as well as the accommodations. We appreciate you booking with us and hope you have better luck with future rentals.
