This beautiful 30A style 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, two bunks twin XL and one queen sleeper sofa located on the 13th floor of the Summit Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. Fully functional with washer & dryer and beautiful deep soaking tub. This unit is directly on the beach with direct frontal views of the sugary white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. The Complex has with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, game room, TIki Bar, etc.
CEILING FAN REMOTES IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM! IF REMOTES LOST THERE WILL BE A $50 CHARGE UPON ROOM INSPECTION AFTER CHECK-OUT!
SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT!
Per HOA Parking Garage Fees per vehicle is $30 each. Any additional parking requests will have a $30 fee. MAX Garage Passes is 2 per HOA rules.

This property was fully renovated from ceilings to floors just finished July 1st, 2022. It includes an amazing new open floor plan where you can cook in an open kitchen overlooking the gulf of Mexico, deep soaking tub with safety handle for entry and exit of the tub.
