The development includes two heated pools, tennis courts, a small marina, a private pier on Charlotte Harbor, and lots of privacy. The condo is of stilt construction with the first floor being under building parking, the second floor being the kitchen and living area, and the third floor being the two bedrooms and two full baths along with the laundry room. If you love the water and a lazy island atmosphere, 'Lazy Harbor' is the place for you. The condo also comes with two kayaks to explore Jug Creek and Charlotte Harbor. We have made lots of upgrades including new flooring throughout, new mattresses, new shiplap wall, new paint throughout, and a 65" smart TV + TV's in each bedroom.
