Oconee Oasis is located in the quiet, safe, and friendly Cherokee Terrace subdivision in South Knoxville. Established in 1939, the neighborhood features lots of mature trees and abundant acreage, and is just minutes away from downtown Knoxville. This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking.

Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

Scenic solitude:
Oconee Oasis is a new private ground floor apartment facing west towards a large yard and densely wooded ridge. The private entrance is located at the back of the house at the end of a private driveway. The living space is 800 sq ft with an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with big windows allowing lots of natural light and affording scenic views.

As a two-story unit, you will hear footsteps and voices above you from time to time, however noise-reducing panels were installed to minimize this. A dehumidifier has been installed for your year-round comfort, and its fan comes on intermittently. There are many dogs in the neighborhood, so please expect barking from time to time.

Guest access:
Our neighborhood is quiet and our road ends in a cul-de-sac. Many residents walk the neighborhood streets daily for exercise. The streets are a bit narrow, but are wide enough for parking along the sides in some areas. This unit has its own private driveway with free parking.

NOTE:
When turning into our driveway, stay to the right at the fork and continue past the white garage door to the bottom of the hill behind our house. Park right in front of woodpile/basketball goal in a way that does not block access to lower garage door.

For arrivals after dark:
Motion sensor and solar lights will help guide you to your free parking space at the end of our driveway and to the yellow apartment door.

Other things to note:
The only security camera on the property is outdoors.

After entering the apartment, please keep silver Kwikset door lock tab in vertical (locking) position at all times to ensure security.
