-30 night minimum
-25 year age minimum for booking
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-abnb cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee. (If you qualify for a 100% refund per the cancelation policy on your booking, you will receive 95% as the 5% processing fee is non refundable)
-Parking for two vehicles- ONLY ONE in garage

Guest Access:
Please state to the Arnold Palmer’s security gate your full name and the property address: 54444 Shoal Creek
Gate will print a permit, that will need to be visible in your vehicle during your stay
For security reasons, you will need to provide your permit every time to the gate attendant when entering the community. Please let us know in advance if additional guests will need to be added to the gate. Please adhere to the 25-mph speed limit.
