Plenty of Space for our family to gather and have private bedrooms and baths - great layout!

Our family enjoyed Lilo’s Paradise. Pool and spa and expansive sun deck allowed us to enjoy the sunshine and the moonlight! The home is well appointed, easy to access and the community amenities are fun.

Lilo's Paradise is our home away from home every year for our Disney vacation

This home is stunning, it is beautifully themed, clean and fun to be in. The pool and lanai are wonderful, and in the evening you can even see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool deck. The owners are professional and accommodating. Consider renting this home for your home away from home the next time you're visiting the Orlando area.

Great Location! Excellent Hospitality

Stayed Lilos Paradise for a recent competition at ESPN. Deanna was very responsive to any questions, the home was perfect for our entire group, the distance to ESPN and all Disney properties was 10 minutes. Will definitely be booking again. Thanks!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lilo’s Paradise! The house was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts really thought of everything a guest might need. Our kids enjoyed the game room and pool and got such a kick out of the themed rooms. It truly felt like a home away from home and we were able to really relax and enjoy family time. We also enjoyed using the grill to cook dinners as well as the neighborhood amenities- pool, water slides, splash pad, and playground were a hit! It was such a wonderful stay. The hosts truly put so much into making their home comfortable, beautifully themed, and accommodating.

AMAZING STAY

We have just returned home from an amazing 2 week stay at Lilos paradise, the location of the villa is amazing so close to Disney and universal! The house was so clean and tidy, the children absolutely loved the theming, games room and pool! I’d definitely recommend staying at lilos paradise to anyone! Deanna was absolutely amazing from the booking to our stay she was only ever a message away and answered any questions we needed! We can’t wait to come back!

So cute!

Perfect location for Orlando things to do and Disney world. We even got to watch some fireworks from the house. Deanna was a dream to work with always checking in and making sure everything was okay. She was very quick in answering any questions we had. We loved staying at LILO’s paradise!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at Lilo's Paradise. The pictures are exactly as shown. The pool and hot tub were my favorite, but for my boys it was the game room. Deanna was an easy to get a hold of and answered by questions quickly. Everything was so close and the gated community made us feel safe. Thank you for a great vacation. We will visit again.

The house was as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. Master suites and beds were very comfortable The pool, jacuzzi and game room where a big hit with the kids. Water park within the development and playgrounds were fun. Overall a great setup and arrangement for our party. Communication and instructions were accurate and helpful.

Perfection

This house is a perfect setup for large families or big groups. We had 11 people ranging from 13 to 84 years of age and we didn’t feel crowded or on top of each other. The extra big back patio is great for sun and shade. The owner was great, very responsive and the house had everything we needed. The coffee bar is an added bonus for sure. We had an amazing stay and are already looking at booking for next year.

Excellent home to stay in

We stayed a week in the last half of March 2023. Lilo’s Paradise was just as advertised. The rooms were all spacious and clean and decorated just as pictured. The pool area was fantastic- lots of room and seating, and the kids had an awesome time. The clubhouse pool was a bonus- also very nice. We had a few small maintenance issues and Deanna was quick to address them for us. Overall the place is great. We would definitely go back.

Disney/Universal Vacation

The house was amazing! The owners are quick to respond and give great instructions prior to your arrival. The screened in area was enormous and allowed us to spend our evenings swimming after a long day at the park. The house had everything we needed plus some! If you have small kids, there are several safety features that would prevent them from accidentally getting to the pool.

Lots of room and all the comforts of home and much more

Lilo’s paradise is well maintained and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. It was a great place to stay with my family and sister’s family. We had lots of space for kids and adults. We had a great week and we would all go back again if given a chance. The pool and hot tub were great to have after long days or taking a break from visiting Disney parks. This house is handy to all the parks and amenities in Kississimee. I would highly recommend this house rental to family and friends.

Lilo’s Paradise is awesome. The house was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable We were in town for the AAU National championship. It was nice to come back to Lilo’s Paradise and relax. Our players were grateful for the hot tub and pool. It was a nice surprise to see the WDW fireworks from the patio. We will definitely be back

Well-stocked, great outdoor space

Our group of 10 had a great stay! The house came well-stocked with towels (bathroom and beach), paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, spices, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, cooking utensils, and a great coffee bar. The pool was great as was the hot tub. Walmart is just down the street and Publix just a bit further. The public pool area was great as well. We had no trouble checking in. The playroom was great for the kids and the parents had fun playing foosball!

Perfect location and very clean

My family and I were beyond satisfied with our stay. The property was very clean , very spacious for our family of 5. Our kids Lobed the Star Wars room . The owner was very prompt on answering any questions we had , The communication was excellent !!! We visited universal studios and Discovery Cove . Both a short distance from the home . We definitely recommend this home to future travelers and look forward to booking again, if our travel dates are available .

Beautiful Lanai!!

We absolutely loved the spacious and sunny lanai this 5 bedroom villa offered our family! You can tell the owners placed an extra amount of care and attention to detail in making the outdoor space extraordinary and we enjoyed lots of sunshine on this custom outdoor space - amazing! Inside, the kitchen was very well stocked with a generous inventory of various kitchen necessities and each bedroom was well-liked by all. Finally, we really appreciated the 'wow' factor as soon as we walked in the door! Thank you for a 5 star stay at Lilo's Paradise!

Fabulous

We felt welcomed from the second we started inquiring about their property at Windsor Hills. Very responsive with questions asked. Would highly recommend this property and Dina's Concierge service. The kids loved running around the property. Loved the pool and spa area! A life saver in the evenings after a long day. We were happy that there was a BBQ on site, it helped with food orangizing and prep. The extra measures for pool safety was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

While the Quinn's were original Vacation Club members, the family decided that it was time to establish more permanent roots in Orlando. So Dr. and Mrs. Quinn bought a house… and then a second one to help grow the love of Disney among families who share the same desire for imagination and celebration. With our homes, we hope families and people from all over the world feel the love we have poured into them. We hope that they get a glimpse into what Disney means to our family and we hope they are able to create their own memories that last a lifetime.

Our family LOVES Disney. We were Disney Vacation Club members for 10+ years before stumbling onto Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee Florida. Lilo's Paradise is our 2nd vacation home in Windsor Hills. We love the community, the floor plan and our view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks from our pool, spa and family room!
