There is truly something for everyone to love at Pooh's Palace in Windsor Hills. This charming home is located in prestigious gated community of Windsor Hills Resort. Guest have free access to a waterpark, game room, tennis courts, fitness center, and clubhouse, so you'll never run out of things to do. This fully-equipped 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa offers a magical experience for guests, with subtle Winnie the Pooh theming throughout the home a private pool and spa, game room and expanded screened pool deck. Whether you're a family with children or a group of friends, Pooh's Palace has something for everyone.

The villa features three king adult suites, each with its own bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for guests. Additionally, there are two themed bedrooms designed specifically for kids. One of the themed rooms is inspired by Star Wars, with bunk beds and a large Star Wars mural. The other themed room, called "Pooh's House," is designed to resemble the inside of a tree, complete with adorable Hundred Acre Woods murals and accessories. Both themed rooms have an adjacent bathroom that matches the theme.

Every bedroom in Pooh's Palace is tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and a cable TV with Roku for streaming. The master bedroom features double sinks in the bathroom and a 30-inch flat-screen TV.

Pooh's Palace offers a variety of amenities to enhance the guest experience. The family room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a large TV on the lanai. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. Basic kitchen items such as spices, coffee, tea, salt and pepper, and cleaning supplies are provided to help guests save a little money.

For entertainment, Pooh's Palace includes a Star Wars themed game room in the garage. The game room is air-conditioned and features a full-sized professional pool table, a three-TV gaming center with a PS4 and Xbox1 and a wooden train set for younger vacationers.

Outside, guests can relax in the eastern-facing lanai, pool, and spa, which receive full sun most of the day. We include FREE pool/spa heat for all of our guests and the massive extended pool deck provides the best in outdoor living for the entire family! Our lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the hot air balloons and the sunrise. On clear nights, guests may even catch a glimpse of the Magic Kingdom fireworks to the north.

Pooh's Palace is ideally located within Windsor Hills Resort. Situated on a hill, the villa offers privacy as it is not overlooked by other properties. It is located about 1/2 mile from the Windsor Hills Clubhouse, ensuring a quick walk to the water park as well as a quiet area without a lot of traffic and noise. Additionally, there is a large grassy recreation area in front of the villa which features a small playground.

Great Family Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pooh's Place! Deanna was a super responsive host, the house was stocked with all of the essentials, including a great coffee bar! We stay in Windsor Hills every time we visit Florida, it is a great community, but Pooh's Place has been one of our favorites! Our favorite part was the extended pool deck and pool! We would most definitely stay here again!

Pooh's Palace is the very best place to stay for Disney

We have stayed at Pooh's Palace for a couple of weeks each year for the past three years now. Having stayed "on Disney property" dozens of times, we find Pooh's Palace to be even more magical. There is great attention to detail with Pooh-themed decorations everywhere you look. The five bedrooms and five bedrooms are spacious. The private pool and jacuzzi just for us are amazing! And it is a 12-20 minute drive to any of the Disney theme parks. It simply couldn't be better!

Perfect size, perfect location

House has enough space and bathrooms for all! Located close to parks and grocery stores. Pool was the perfect size and water temperature was just right. Kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget you could imagine. Enjoyed our stay and all the Winnie the Pooh decor! Look forward to visiting again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Pooh Palace. The owners were very easy to work with. The property was clean, had clear directions for check in and out. The property was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Family vacation 2026

Pooh palace was amazing!! We were a party of 9 and everyone had their space plus. Pool was enjoyed by all. Deanna was awesome and quickly responded to any request I made. I cannot say thank you enough when my grandson became ill she sent me links for clinics close to me. I was impressed by all the supplies in the kitchen. No need to buy trash bags, dish detergent, coffee, filters and we had all the pots, pans and containers we needed. When checking out there was no need to clean the fridge (a first for me) they bring unopened leftovers to the local food pantry. Love this. I will definitely be checking on Quinn vacation rentals when I return to Orlando area.

Very comfy home after a day at the parks

Pooh's Palace is such a wonderful house with everything you need for your stay. Deanna and her team make you feel right at home and there are so many conveniences provided. We stay here for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday at the parks and it was such a comfortable place to come home to and relax. The house is well appointed and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool and hot tub were a hit! The decor is adorable and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. It's crazy close to the Disney properties so we were home in no time after a long day of walking the parks. We highly recommend staying her with your family and friends!

Perfect family retreat

We loved staying in Pooh's Palance. The home was comfortable and allowed for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were available. Many small touches made the house more than a rental. There were K-cups and spices available - not huge items but made it a step above. The pool and hot tub were so welcome after a day in the park or just a day of enjoying the pool.

We had a fantastic week!!

Pooh's Palace was absolutely perfect! The location was so close to Disney and the grocery store. We had a great week swimming, playing games and grilling. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean with comfortable beds and linens. We spent most of our time outside around the pool, which was amazing! The hidden Mickey's were such a fun surprise. Our kids loved the community water slides. We had a great week together as a family and can not wait to book another week here soon!

Excellent stay

This was the perfect spot for our trip. Plenty of room for a group of 5 adults, 2 children and a toddler. The house was immaculately clean. Our toddler loved the Pooh theming throughout and was obsessed with the little train table, while the older kids loved the Star Wars room and the gaming systems. The weather was a bit on the cooler side but we enjoyed spending time on the patio when we could. We hope to return again for our next trip!

A Magical Place

Everywhere you looked at Pooh's Palace there was a special pillow or picture or figurine! It was absolutely delightful for fans of the Hundred Acre Woods. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was clean and so much fun. The Star Wars bedroom was over the top with decorations. We also enjoyed the pool table so much. This house is a 15-20 minute drive from all of the Disney parks so for a larger party it is really an amazing option.

Amazing Vacation Home

Pooh’s Palace was an amazing home for our family. There were six of us who stayed at Pooh’s Palace with more than enough space for our adult family members as well as our teen family member. The kitchen had everything and more to prepare and serve meals. The living room space was a great place to watch movies all together and even the outdoor space with TV was a great place to hang out. The beds were comfy and the pool / hot tub was so nice after a long day at the parks. Booking, gate access, and access to the home were all very easy. Thanks for making our family vacation magical!

Loved everything!!!

This is third year of renting a home for the D2 Cheer Summit and we loved this property. The extended pool area was AMAZING!! Perfect for catching some extra days on sunshine. The girls enjoyed everyone having their own bedroom AND bathroom. Everything was in excellent condition and there was every kitchen appliance you could imagine if you were going to be there for a lengthy stay. We would definitely rent this property again and will highly recommend them without any concerns to friends and family.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

We absolutely loved our stay at Pooh's Palace! The owner was very responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house was immaculately clean, and exactly as described in the listing. We loved the hot tub in the evenings, and even saw Disney fireworks and a shuttle launch from the backyard. Though we had some cooler weather, the heated pool allowed us to swim every day. The house is in a wonderful resort with a park across the street, large playground a quick walk away, and a main clubhouse with pool, hot tub, market/restaurant, gym, game room and water park. We took advantage of all the amenities and especially loved that the house was so close to Disney and local stores. Don't hesitate to book a stay here, it really is a fabulous rental home!

Perfect Stay

We were getting together for a friends 40th. There were four couple so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was ideal for getting ready. TVs in every room. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks and had a blast playing pool in the garage. They provided a bag of common items that may be needed and went above and beyond and setup an awesome gift basket and balloon for the birthday boy. It was an awesome weekend and we would highly recommend. Gave us a lot more time together vs all getting separate hotels.

Amazing Villa in a Great Location

We had an absolutely fantastic time here from the moment we arrived. The welcome hamper was a delightful surprise and really set the tone for our stay. The villa itself was clean and spacious, providing ample room for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. The pool area was a highlight – it was huge, and our kids had an absolute blast swimming and playing there every day. Windsor Hills Resort's location is simply amazing. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, with amazing facilities. Overall, our experience was top-notch, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Best Vacation Home

This is the second time we stayed at Quinn Vacation Homes. Both times we have had an exceptional experience. Deanna is great to work with, and the basket of goodies at arrival made us feel very welcome. We stayed with our children and grandchildren (total of 10) and there was plenty of room. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, all the amenities one could want were there, and the location was good for Disney, Universal and Sea World. We also appreciated the gated community for safety reasons. The grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and community water park, as well as the beautiful Pooh decor and Star Wars bedroom. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this home!

Fantastic villa in an amazing location

We had an amazing time at Poohs palace, the house was great and large enough for all 8 of us. We all loved the pool and the extended pool deck was a real benefit of the property. The villa was clean, the beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels to use, as well as hair driers and even straighteners in the bathrooms. There is also a large washer and drier so we came home with clean clothes! Windsor hills is a great location 10-15 mins from Disney and only 20 mins from universal (traffic dependant!) The communal pool and splash park wear also clean and safe for the kids and only a 10 min walk (or you could drive over). Walmart and a range of restaurants are 5-10 mins drive away. I would recommend staying here and Deanna was quick and great to deal with.

We are a family of 4. My husband and I met on a "blind date" set up by a mutual friend. The rest is history :) Our 2 girls are avid softball, baseball and Disney fans. Even at 30 and 25 they still love family vacations and visits to the Magic Kingdom! The best part of having a Disney home and family is that we now get to share Pooh's Palace with our grand children!

Our love for Disney knows no bounds! As "original Disney Vacation Club members, we had countless magical moments over the years. Our entire Disney outlook changed spring break 2006 - when we needed our 'Disney fix' and were out of DVC points, we stumbled upon Windsor Hills Resort. Renting a condo turned into a life-changing decision and planted the seed for Quinn's Vacation Villas in Windsor Hills Resort. We soon found ourselves choosing a lot, floorplans, colors and furniture. We devoted countless hours and effort crafting the perfect vacation getaway for our guests. Pooh's Palace hosted the first guests in June 2007, with Lilo's Paradise following in February 2008. The community, floor plans and the breathtaking view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks from our pool and spa make every day feel like a dream come true! We truly enjoy working in our homes to continually update them for our guests - we never plan to sell and continue to invest in upgrades and new amenities for our guest. . Quinn's Vacation Villas are not just rental homes to us - they are a labor of love as are our guests.
