A spacious cedar wood kitchen opens onto the dining room, a TV lounge, and a billiards and games room. The entrance hall includes a cloakroom, WC, and access from the living room to the shared laundry room (private washing machine and dryer shared with the other gîte).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a 160x200cm bed (or two 80x200cm beds), 1 suite with two 90x210cm beds and one 180x200cm bed (or two 90x200cm beds), a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and WC, a shower room with WC, and 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm bed (or two 80x200cm beds), an en-suite shower room, and a WC. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. Baby equipment is available upon request: cot, bath, and high chair.

Outside: a 7-hectare walled garden, a heated swimming pool (11.3m x 3.8m) open from June 1st to September 30th, 10am to 9pm, shared with the other gîte. Private courtyard of 57m², terrace, fire pit, shared ping-pong table, parking. Visit to the Spirulina farm. The second gîte can be rented together, accommodating up to 15 people (Ref: 16G50543).
Regular cleaning service available. Non-smoking gîte - Gîte Panda certified in 2025. The wow factor begins with the hornbeam driveway leading to the fully enclosed 7-hectare property. You will then be captivated by the majestic trees, the south-facing house, its spaces for adults and children, its pool table, and its magnificent staircase. Audrey and Thierry have carefully selected the objects, paintings, and lamps, taking you on a journey from the 1930s to more contemporary styles.
The cottage, adjoining another cottage, has its own private entrance with a terrace and courtyard. The owners' residence is located at the rear of the cottage.

The price includes: Rental, kitchen linens, bed linens, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and utilities.
