In the evening, enjoy happy hour with a round of cornhole and fire up the grill for a mountain-style barbecue. Friendly competition awaits in the game room equipped with over-sized Connect 4, air hockey, and a pool table. Or, enjoy a quiet evening in front of the living room fireplace while enjoying your favorite movies and shows on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Home chefs will find the full kitchen well-suited for preparing family meals, with updated, stainless steel appliances and utensils. Afterward, throw all the dishes in the dishwasher and let that handle the cleanup while you get back to enjoying your vacation. A private washer/dryer allows you to pack light. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
