This 16th-floor condo of the oceanfront North Tower has been totally renovated with all-new coastal-style furnishings, cabinets, flooring, paint, and decor for all the comforts of home. Sea Watch Resort is a gated community at the North end of Myrtle Beach offering a plethora of amenities. You'll find six oceanfront pools, two lazy rivers, ten hot tubs, a firepit, an arcade, a seasonal gift shop with hand-dipped ice cream, a kid’s playground with picnic tables, Captain’s Cove Restaurant, a seasonal poolside Tiki Bar, a live poolside DJ and summer entertainment, a coin laundry, an ATM, and a café! You'll also find shopping and restaurants just one mile away, giving you access to everything you could want on a vacation.

The keyless entry lock allows you to skip the line in the lobby and check in at your convenience. The living area is a great place to entertain and your dinner guests can relax and enjoy endless views of the ocean. Take advantage of the kitchenette to prepare your favorite snacks before heading out to the beach. Relax on the balcony with the sounds of the sea where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach just below. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous, and you may even see a dolphin! When it's time to wind down for the night, a queen sofabed and a double Murphy bed in the living area provide extra sleeping options.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
