Located in the heart of it all, this 2BR/2BA townhome offers you a private rooftop and style! Take in the rooftop views of the bay and walk to beach, Front Street, eateries & shopping.

There are two bedrooms total in this oasis: 1 King Bedrooms and 1 Queen Bedroom. This comfortably sleeps 4 guests!

This unit has its own private rooftop with both water views and downtown views.

Located right next to the famous Fogarelli's Market and Wine Shop in Traverse City.

This place has all new furniture and amenities including:

- Stocked Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances

- Open concept dining and living area with 3 bartop seats and a pullout dining bench

- Private rooftop patio to enjoy all the views of Downtown Traverse City

- 3 Smart TVs for your all your apps and logins (bring your own logins - there is no live cable)

- 2 Total Bedrooms - sleeps 4 comfortably

- Private parking garage on the entry level fits a single car

- 2 Full bathrooms with attached baths

- Walking distance to Clinch Park and Front Street

- Office area with free Wi-Fi and a private desk (current Wi-Fi speeds are limited until the Spring 2022 for fiber installation)

(Please note there may be some adjacent construction noise from the downtown buildings between the hours of 9am and 4pm)

Family getaway

This was a great place to stay. The unit was spacious for our family to relax. The location was very convenient! It was an easy walk to several beaches and the shopping and dining on front street, but set back just enough that it was still quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop in the evening and could even hear some live music from the heart of the town.

Enjoyed our visit!

Super clean and a great location as it is within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. The roof top patio is convenient as well and during the 4th of July when the blue angels are in town viewing would be awesome!

Lovely condo spacious within within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. Rooftop with great views of Lake. Michigan. Archie and Vince hosts will address any problems immediately.

Five stars! Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication was excellent. The location was ideal for shopping and dining! The only downside was the temperature difference between the first and second floors, but there were fans in each bedroom which helped.

Great Location!

We love coming to Traverse City for the Cherry Festival and air show. This condo was a great location to walk to beach, carnival and all the amazing shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean, new and comfy! The rooftop was perfect for watching the Airshow and listening to the live performances at the cherry festival. The hosts were extremely responsive! Recommend for all!

Traverse City Weekend Away

Nice and Clean condo. The condo unit is in a great location for exploring the area and short walks to the downtown front street area. The garage is made more for smaller vehicle parking but there was additional parking nearby. The rooftop deck views were very nice also. The only thing to keep in mind is the bedrooms are on the third floor.

Nice place adjacent to downtown

Purpose built townhouse complex just a couple blocks from downtown. Nothing special but everything was in good order and clean. Bedrooms a little tight but fine. Great for family with one or maybe two small kids but two couples would be a little tight. Garage was also tight but fit our X5 without a problem (though we are used to tight garage at home). Ultimately it was exactly as described.

Great Location in Traverse City

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the location was fantastic! The garage took some skill to park our vehichle, but we were able to get in and leave our two bikes inside as well. We loved being able to ride our bikes into town everyday.

Great Place!

Just as advertised, this place is great! Location to downtown is nice. Distance from beach is within walking distance. Distance from wineries is optimal since you’re driving anyway. We will be back!

Great Stay

The property was really nice. It had nice furnishings throughout, and comfortable beds. The owners were very nice, and promptly responded when we had to reach out for an issue, making sure that it was fixed, and followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! Easy check in and fantastic communication with the owners throughout. We enjoyed being so centrally located and having a parking garage was a huge plus. Loved the open layout of the main living area, complete with lake views. 2 bathrooms also very welcome when traveling with teens. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Thank you!

Traverse City Getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful week away in Traverse City and a big part was because we stayed here. It was brand new and so clean and comfy inside. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to be able to walk around downtown without driving everywhere. Was really nice to go up on the rooftop and look out onto the bay and downtown. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and I always felt taken care of. We will be staying here from now on when we come visit Traverse City. Thank you for the great experience!!

Very New, Very Clean, and Great Location

Great unit in a fantastic location (next to Folgarellis and North Peak Brewing). The rooftop patio provides a nice view of the city and bay, and having a garage is a nice touch. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay near lake and heart of downtown Traverse City

Location is so convenient to get anywhere within few minutes either walking or driving. Condo is tastefully decorated , cozy with all facilities to be comfortable for longer stay to explore surrounding attractions. A view of lake from window was nice, too bad due to weather we could not enjoy the terrace. Evening dinner or morning coffee on terrace with views of lake and down town would have been amazing . We would not mind going back there in summer to enjoy it again. Owners were very courteous , resourceful and prompt in answering our minor inquiries .
