The property reminded my wife of her Girl scout experience at winter camp (log cabin.) All the beds were large and comfortable, plenty of hot water and a great view to see the sunrise. It's a shame that it was so cloudy the entire time that we didn't get to see it though, but the host was very understanding about us having to leave a day early due to the winter storm.

Great house for a girls weekend getaway. Very clean and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked and owners were super easy to communicate with. Will be booking again!

The perfect location and home for family and friends to gather for my daughter’s wedding! Nancy was so responsive to questions we had and zero issues, easy check in and access! A beautiful home across from the water with plenty of space for several families. Nice big back yard and open floor plan. Would definitely come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is very nice and the host responded quickly to any question,. The house needs to be updated and cleaned better. The road in front is very busy to cross over to the beach but we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The home suited us very well. Our two sons were there with their wives and a total of three grandchildren (one 3-year-old, two 5-year-old twins). There are five bedrooms total in three clusters (two 2-bedrooms with bathrooms, one 1-bedroom with bathroom) so it was easy to keep some distance during naps, bedtime, etc. Two dishwashers and a fenced backyard for play outside were also pluses.

We were in Traverse City for a wedding and stayed for four nights. The house is perfectly laid out so that there’s privacy for everyone. The yard and the beach are absolutely amazing! You literally 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and about 20 minutes from Sutton’s Bay. The house was spotless and everything you can possibly need is stocked. The communication from the property owner was stellar. Very responsive and very helpful. The highest recommendation I can give is to say that we are definitely going to book it again next year. I have been renting with VRBO since they started a couple of decades ago and this property was definitely in my top five.

Perfect house for our group!

We had a family group of 9 adults and 1 infant. We loved having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space to fit our needs and spread out. Property is close to wineries and breweries we visited. Also several fishing areas close to house. Nice backyard space! If in the area again, we would certainly like to stay here.

Numerous nearby restaurants made mealtimes easy. Large family sized log cabin home afforded a family reunion for our stay.

Traverse City Dream Stay

Our stay was as good as we could have imagined since the 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths were the perfect accommodation for 4 couples. The fenced in yard was ideal for the dog and the lake across the street made the location even that much more fun. We had a fire by on the beach or in the backyard every evening. We hope to stay there again since we travel to TC more than once per year.
