Spacious five bedroom four bathroom home located on the east side Traverse City.
With shopping, beaches, boat launches, hiking trails and the Tart trail (Traverse Area Recreation Trail) close by, this home offers a great location to ensure that your stay in Traverse City is everything you planned it to be. The spacious bedroom suites allow for privacy when needed, the large kitchen and main living area offer a great place to cook and enjoy each others company, and for those that seek outdoor entertainment, the patio area offers a couple of different areas to lounge and recharge from the days activities. The patio space includes an outdoor fire place and a number of yard games that can be enjoyed by guests. This home offers year round accommodation as well as enjoyment for its guests, off season months can be enjoyable too, warming up with family and friends around the outdoor fireplace or gathering in the large recreation room to play darts, a friendly game of foosball, or watching a movie together.

Perfect family getaway. The house was great for 3 generations to hang out and celebrate Christmas. The kids loved the huge game room, and the separate space for us old timers was nice and quiet. Close to many winter activities and amazing restaurants. Carrie our host was very welcoming,patient with my questions always available to help. We had a monster snowfall and the snow genies came and cleared us right out. Iwould go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this wonderful home.

The property was excellent for our group! We were in town for a wedding and the property was able to comfortably accommodate all of us guests. I really enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and especially enjoyed the game room upstairs. I will try and book this place for all of my future trips to Traverse City!

Three couples stayed comfortably with plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked & large enough for all of us to eat comfortably. We really enjoyed the backyard and fireplace.

Very clean! Comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked with all utinsels. The backyard was great, we spent our nights playing yard games and sitting around the fire. Was a perfect place to stay for our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was really spacious and it was especially nice to have 4 bathrooms. Everything was very clean. We loved having the fully stocked kitchen, the grill, and games available. The host was very responsive and the location was perfect - just a short drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Family get together got the 4th

Well maintained home with good location. Great toys and games to keep 7 year old happy when at the house. Dresser in room I was in had issue with lower drawer right hand side. First night got there I went to open it and the front of the drawer fell off. Found knob but not screw until we looked in upper drawer. I left on the dresser as did not want to try to open again to replace once my son put the face of the drawer back on. That only issue.

Close to Town / Quiet Location

The house is very large, the downstairs living room is smaller. Good for 4 adults. The upstairs has a massive game room. The house is very clean and cozy with a nice fenced backyard. Our favorite part was the trailhead right next door to take a quick hike and walk the dogs. The house is 10 minutes from the grocery store and right outside of TC to give a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

Excellent Location

"We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—close to downtown, yet with a charming country-like feel that gave us the best of both worlds. The space was fantastic for our group of friends, offering plenty of room and lots of thoughtful amenities. We especially loved the fire pit, cornhole, and the cozy ambiance, which made for a memorable fall evening. Everything about our stay was comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with friends!"

Amazing TC location!

We stayed here for an annual girls trip weekend. The location was perfect and the house is more spacious than expected. Our advice is to bring your own pillows, as the pillows supplied lacked comfort.

Girls weekend

We had a group of nine ladies for the weekend for wine tasting. This place was great with all the space we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked unlike many others we have stayed at before. A great location as it’s close to so many things.

It was alright..

This home doesn’t have full central air as advertised. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor with no central air. There was one portable unit but that would only work for a single room. The weekend we stayed it was about 87-89 degrees Fahrenheit outside so it became very hot in that area of the house. The central air also went out while we were staying here so it became very uncomfortable in the home even with fans and windows open. There was a lack of communication with getting the air fixed. The home itself wasn’t bad though, however we will likely not stay here again..

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful, clean property. Expansive so no one felt crowded. Location was great relative to town and activities. Only one negative was that we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.

Hello, our names are Carrie and Uriah Petersen, we are life long residents of Traverse City. We have two teenage sons. As professionals we own and operate a residential building company in the Grand Traverse area. We have been buildings custom homes for 20 years. Traverse City is our home and we wish to share this with other seeking to vacation in the paradise we call home.

This home is unique in its look. It provides plenty of space to stretch, relax, and enjoy your family and friends. This home is on average 5-10 minutes from a number of activities. East Bay being the closest and largest body of water, 5 minutes from our home. Mt Holiday provides year around outdoor activities. In the winter the ski hill is open as well as the tubing hill, in the summer they have zip lining and miles of walking trails. Timber Ridge campground which is the finish line for the VASA race and Ice Man Cometh is 5 minutes. Golf courses and many inland lakes are just a quick drive as is the grounds for the Horse Shows by the bay. We would love to host you during your vacation so you can experience all this area has to offer.
