Welcome to Paradise! Navarre Beach is known as Florida's most relaxing beach and this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Beach Colony Resort can be your slice of Heaven. Enjoy some of the best views on the beach from this gorgeous, East Tower, 5th floor space. Beach Colony offers resort-style amenities and features, including the largest pool on the island, charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, a community room and fitness center as well as private beach access. From the spacious, curved balcony you have a great vantage point out to the Navarre Pier, the Gulf's longest, on your East and to the West, amazing Sunsets and it is accessible from both the main living area and the master bedroom.

We only rent to Families, No Groups or Parties Photo identification and a signed rental agreement are required

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance during these months.

Amazing location and beautiful home! The host was always fast with response and everything we needed was there! The view from the patio is incredible! The pool is huge and so refreshing after being down at the beach all day! Spend the money to stay here it is sooooo worth it!

This is hands down the nicest condo I have ever stayed at!! The view was breathtaking from the moment we walked through the door. The balcony is pretty spacious with plenty of seating. Something they have added to the living room since taking the listing pictures are two recliners in place of the two chairs - that is very convenient for families with a toddler!! Overall, the place is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, and you are right down the road from a Winn Dixie. Lots of beach toys as well as some nets if you are into shelling or catching sand crabs. Plenty of beach and bath towels. Michelle is a very responsive host and fixed a small issue with the balcony door very swiftly. I’m already trying to figure out when we can come back. If you need a place to stay in Navarre, we highly recommend that you stay here!

The condo was very well equipped. Location perfect - what a great view. We enjoyed the fitness room, beach and sitting at the pool even though too cool to swim. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

If you want a laid back vacation with beautiful view, look no further. This property has everything you need and Navarre Beach is the perfect place for R&R. The checkbin process could not be easier and the hostess was attentive. 10 out of 10.

This was a beautiful rental. The pictures were exactly as shown. The unit is on the 5th floor and very easy to access. Everything was very clean. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The view from the balcony was outstanding and we spent tons of time on it. We had some cloudy/rainy days and sitting out on the balcony was the perfect way to relax. You can see the pier from the balcony and we saw dolphins everyday. Michelle was a wonderful host. The process from booking to departure was smooth and simple. We highly recommend this rental. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

The place was beautiful but the balcony is a bit disappointing. In the photos it looks much larger and your view is obstructed by the building. You can see great in front of you but when you look to the side the buildings block any view. No sunset or sunrise visible. Also, the way the units are constructed you can see when your neighbors are out and they can see you. There isn't a lot of privacy. Also, the chair vendors are tough. They take up almost all the beach at 5 am. There's about 30 yards between vendors that is open but other than that it's vendor chairs from the water to the back.

While there is a neighboring building visible from certain angles, the unit offers direct Gulf-front views from both the living area and balcony. The layout of Beach Colony is consistent throughout the resort, and neighboring balconies are visible, which is typical of many beachfront condominium communities. Regarding the beach chair setup, the chair service is independently operated and not managed by our property. Their daily placement and reserved areas are established by the beach service in accordance with local regulations and are outside of our control. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all of our guests. We wish you the very best in your future travels.

This condo was so nice, we had two senior couples, it was a perfect location! The condo was beautiful, the balcony was where we spent a lot of our time. The view from the balcony was great. The decor in this condo was really nice. We so enjoyed our visit and we will make future reservations.

Amazing!

My boys (ages 15 and 11) and I enjoyed every second of our stay in this condo. The location was perfect; the amount of space for the three of us was great; the beach and pool access was simple and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the nicest condos I’ve ever rented. It was clean with high quality furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of supplies for the beach. The entire facility is well maintained with easy access to the beach. I would certainly rent it again.

Wonderful beach trip

Well appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, living room, and balcony. Great pool and beach access. Owner provided great restaurant suggestions and attended to any issues quickly. Want to stay there again!
