Fully equipped kitchen: Practical and functional, it includes everything you need to cook at home: stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, everything is provided.
Bedroom: The comfortable bed, dressed with quality linens, ensures restful nights. The room overlooks the street, immersing you in the lively and authentic atmosphere of the neighborhood without compromising on comfort.
Bathroom: Modern and well-designed, it features a shower/bathtub, sink, mirror, and fresh towels.

The apartment is entirely reserved for guests, offering you full and exclusive access to all areas of the Suite L’Écrin Wagram. Whether you want to enjoy the comfort of the living room or the cozy bedroom, you can feel at home and fully enjoy your stay in complete privacy.

However, if you plan to arrive after 11 p.m., it is essential to carefully consult and follow the self check-in guide provided. This guide is designed to ensure smooth access to the property, even outside the hours when I am available to assist you directly.
After 11 p.m., I will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to requests or provide assistance. Please make sure to prepare everything in advance to avoid any inconvenience with a late arrival.

Thanks to this location, you can quickly access the city’s main landmarks: the Louvre, Opéra, Hôtel de Ville, Concorde, and the Champs-Élysées.

The apartment is non-smoking.
Parties are not allowed in order to respect the peace of the building and the neighbors.
A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of €40.
Parties are strictly forbidden; failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the apartment.
Self check-in is available 24/7, offering you maximum flexibility for your arrival.
Phone assistance is available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PRM).
