Housed in the most central district of Berlin (Mitte), Guesthouse Moabit’s apartments are in a quiet street within a lively central neighbourhood that is well connected to the local sights. The nearest subway station, Turmstraße, can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, the metro station Beusselstrasse is just 10 minutes by foot or a 3 minute bus trip away; and many buses to get around the city are accessible in under 3 minutes. A direct bus to the central train station allows a comfortable commute to BER airport by train.

The apartments are bright, cosy, and seek to create a homelike atmosphere. They are all equipped with either a kitchen or a smaller kitchenette that includes hobs, a minifridge, and an electric kettle along with basic cooking implements. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. WiFi connectivity is available in all areas and street parking is possible in the surrounding blocks.

The beautiful river Spree is just around the corner and the nearby streets are dotted with numerous cafés, eateries, and bars. Berlin’s large Tiergarten park is a very short bus ride away and the well-known shopping avenue, Ku’damm, is 3 subway stops from Turmstraße.

Great for experiencing the city.

This rental was just right for staying in Berlin and seeing the sights. The public transportation allows you to get anywhere from there and there are some sites within walking distance too. Comfortable stay

Having stayed here before, we booked this apartment for my cousin on very short notice. Gregor was extremely friendly and accommodating in spite of our spontaneous planning :)) once again a lovely apartment and a very pleasant experience!!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in Gregor's appartment. The communcation with the host was very nice, the appartment clean and had everything you need (just make sure to bring your own hairdryer if you come in winter ;))

Easy place for a short stay

The apartment was okay, nothing extraordinary but at a good price. The check-in procedure was perfect and the host very nice and helpful. In general I found it clean even though there was some mold in the bathroom and the shower could use some improvements. For me it was a perfect solution to attend an event at Messe Berlin (10 min by car).

Ideal stay!

A gorgeous property, better than I thought it would be from the photos. Lovely big windows with lots of light, although no black out curtains so might need an eye mask. Lovely wee kitchen perfect for making breakfast before venturing out for the day. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit temperamental but easy to get the hang of. Was sooo grateful to the manager for making accomodations for me on my arrival, he's super friendly! Great location, lots of transport links nearby and food spots/cafes. All in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

Loved Gregor's Apartment!

Gregor was very communicative from the start and was able to meet us right when we arrived. The apartment is as advertised: cozy, clean - the perfect size for two or maybe three people. Located conveniently to public transportation. Gregor also gave us some great neighborhood recommendations, too - so all in all, a wonderful stay!

Journey at Moabit

The holiday was very beautiful, also for the position of the appartment that was so convenient for the public transoportation. In Moabit there are a lot of diffrent restaurant, all good and with very affordabole prices. There is also a supermarket wich is open until 11 p.m. Thanks Gregor, we hope that we can come back to Berlin as soon as possible!

Good Location but Not Nice Rooms!

The rooms are dirty and not well kept. The towels we got had stains and weren't even changed! Everything felt old and dirty. Also, the pictures are misleading, as they show one big bed for two people. Instead, we got two single beds next to each other, which could not be put together, due to the bedframe. The mattresses were really old and by laying on them, you could really feel how you got sacked to the middle. The location and surroundings are nice, but we tried to spend as little time as possible in the room!

Nie wieder. Schimmel im Backofen

Die Wohnung ist äußerst klein und keineswegs für drei Personen geeignet. Sie besteht aus einem einzigen Raum mit drei Betten und einem Tisch, der trotz mehrfacher Reinigung klebrig blieb. Die angrenzende Küche war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: Der Ofen wirkte wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, und im Backofen befanden sich Schimmel und Schmutz. Ich habe dies mit Fotos dokumentiert. Das Inserat war irreführend. Der Vermieter hatte offenbar mindestens zwei verschiedene Objekte in einer Anzeige kombiniert, sodass für mich nicht ersichtlich war, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um lediglich ein Zimmer handelt. Wir waren vier Tage in Berlin. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Geschäften in der Nähe.

Aufenthalt in super schmuddeliger Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen

Super nette und gute Kommunikation vorab und zum Check in. Zudem war die Lage für den Berlin Marathon gut. Das war’s aber leider auch an positiven Aspekten. Die Wohnung ist super dreckig und schmuddelig, sehr viele Dinge sind nicht nur in die Jahre gekommen, sondern einfach kaputt (Löcher im Boden, kaputte Fliesen im Bad, keine Halterung für den Duschkopf, siffiger Spiegelschrank, dreckiger Ofen, nur halb funktionaler Herd, dreckiger Kühlschrank ohne Licht etc.). Wir waren wirklich super enttäuscht und haben so wenig Zeit wie möglich dort verbracht. Besonders Küche und Bad sind m.E. in keinem Zustand zur Vermietung. Das ist lediglich Abzocke, zumal der Preis zum Marathon natürlich auch entsprechend erhöht wurde. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich die super Bewertung auf der Plattform keinesfalls nachvollziehen, zumindest für diese Wohnung.

Sauber, zentral, altes Bad und Kochecke

Eine sehr ruhige Wohnung im Hinterhaus, das zentral in Moabit liegt. Studentenfeeling. Die Wohnung war sauber aber das Bad uralt und hatte nur zwei Handtuchhaken, ebenso die Küchenzeile war alt und beim Ofen fehlte ein Drehschalter. Wir haben uns aber wohl gefühlt. Empfang sehr freundlich.

Gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt in der kleinen Gästewohnung war super. Die Wohnung ist im Hof in einem Seitengebäude, dessen Wohnungen alle Ferienwohnungen sind. Es war ruhig, sauber und in der Wohnung gab es alle Basics, die es braucht. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Wir waren mit unserem einjährigen Kind und unserem Hund dort untergekommen und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung mag zwar klein sein, aber sie bietet alles, was man für einen gemütlichen und komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich wirklich darum gekümmert, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise haben sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war offensichtlich, dass die Gastgeber viel Wert auf Details legen und dafür sorgen, dass sich ihre Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel, und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Trotz der begrenzten Fläche war genügend Platz für uns und unser Kind, und auch der Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ebenfalls ideal. Es waren alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Alles in allem können wir diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht: eine gemütliche Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeber und eine tolle Lage. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, unseren nächsten Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft

Tolle Unterkunft mitten in Moabit und doch total ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden sehr nett und unkompliziert empfangen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten, hat einen tollen Dielenboden, hohe Altbaudecken und große Fenster. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht (sogar Gewürze, Öl etc.). Im Hausflur gibt es sogar Spiele und Bücher zum Ausleihen :) Wir können das Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder !
