Luxurious and Sunny Apt at Main Street, Meredith

This bright, newly renovated, luxuriously furnished, apartment is located a few steps from downtown Meredith, NH & Lake Winnipesaukee. The open floor plan exudes a cozy modern ambiance, featuring a modern kitchen, living room with smart TV, sleeper sofa & large dining room with seating for six. The spacious king bedroom has a second sleeper sofa & large walk-in closet. Less than a 5 Min walk to Downtown Meredith.

This gorgeous Apartment was completely re-designed, renovated and finished in 2021.

It is positioned on the 2nd floor above a private garage and attached to a modern farm house. It is private, quiet and filled with lots of natural light. The open concept provides plenty of space with a dining area that can comfortably seat six and makes for a great game table for scrabble or Winnioploy.

The beautiful kitchen has lots of room to cook or enjoy a cup of coffee and is well equipped with all cooking utensils. Other amenities include a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and wine glasses.

The master bedroom has a King size bed , sleeper sofa and large walk in closet. A 4Moms Pack and Play is provided for guests with infants and toddlers. The bathroom has a full bath/shower, marble sink vanity and a washer & dryer. Fresh linens and towels are provided for each and every guest. Extra linens, blankets, and pillows can be provided upon request for the sleeper sofas.

There are two mini splits, one located in the main living space & one in the bedroom providing on demand heat and central air. The unit is also equipped with state of the art dim-able LED lighting and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

This is the best of the best in downtown living. Make yourself at home!

Guest access:

One off street parking spot is reserved for this unit that is conveniently located right in front of the unit. There is a shared side entrance with stairs to walk up to enter the apartment and it is not wheelchair friendly. There are other tenants who share this property (2 Long Term Residential Units) and we ask all our guests to be courteous of one another while enjoying Meredith.

For exploring downtown walk up Main Street (3-4 mins) to explore the many shops and restaurants or down towards the bay (2-3 mins) to walk on the docks along Lake Winnipesaukee.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, and how it had everything and more than what you would need for a typical weekend away. Easy onsite parking, and short walks to surrounding restaurants and shops. We stat in Meredith every year and we will most likely be booking this apartment again.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Loved this little apartment. Great location, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the lake. The place was pristine clean and bright, and had everything we needed. Carly was a great host; helpful and very quick to reply to any questions we had.

Wonderful stay.

Beautifully furnished apartment. Really appreciated that the neighborhood was quiet, which contributed to nights of restful sleep. A bonus to do my laundry on-site! When checking out, I inadvertently left my computer cord...but the owner was quick to phone me, so that I could back-track and retrieve it. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our first time visiting New Hampshire. We picked Meredith as the town was central to the areas we wanted to explore. This apartment had everything we needed and the ice maker was a bonus! The bed was comfortable and the bath towels soft. In walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and the lake. We highly recommend this property.

Great, modern apartment in an excellent location

This apt came as advertised. Clean, spacious and stylish + a balcony. We really enjoyed being walking distance to Mills Falls and such a short (8 minute?) drive to Weirs Beach, Funspot, etc. Carly was very communicative regarding any and all questions we had. Would rent again!

Great Weekend Stay

The property was clean and as pictured. One thing to note is that this looks like a 2 bedroom, but the pullout futon is in an alcove next to the king size bed. The description of the property is accurate, so no reduction in stars. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The owner was great with communication and even let us know about a water main issue in town that could have affected us. We highly recommend the property and would stay again.

Perfect location

This apartment is just as advertised; modern, clean, bright. And the location couldn't be better, just a walk away from downtown and easy driving to all the rest the Lakes region has to offer. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and our host made the check-in/check-out process easy.

Modern, clean, great location

The lack of external pictures on the website made us hesitate, but we were delighted with the property. Outstanding location right down the street from the Town Docks in Meredith. The unit was completely updated, roomy, and had everything we needed.

Great location and apartment

The listing for this property was exactly as the website indicated. It is very nicely updated and the location is about a 5 minute walk to downtown Meredith and the Town Dock area. This was exactly what we were looking for and may rent it in the future.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Great location. Easy walk to downtown Meredith.

We were really happy walking into this place. Lots of space, nicely decorated, and VERY clean. Very comfortable bedroom and lots of space in the bathroom. Would have to say that is was everything advertised and more. Carly (owner) reached out appropriately.....not too much....but always accessible if needed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Apartment! Fantastic Location!

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area right in downtown Meredith. Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice little kitchen, and cozy sitting area. The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright. Our host was a pleasure every single time and truly enjoyed their promptness and kindness all throughout. Definitely highly recommended!
