When you walk through the door of this Maravilla condo, you will feel right at home! This unit, Maravilla 1303, is located on the 3rd floor and is the 3rd unit from the south end of the building, which offers beautiful side views of the Gulf and beach. Plus, complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily for your use (March - October). The community amenities offer private beach access, 2 pools, a hot tub, a gym, a clubhouse, and more!


Maravilla 1303 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Destin, FL that sleeps 8. This unit is so spacious you'll have plenty of room to spread out. The updated kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The living room offers an HDTV and is large enough for everyone to join in on family movie night or to play games. It is open to the dining room and kitchen, so everyone can be together while doing their own thing. Just off the living room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy morning coffee while viewing the sparkling waters of the Gulf. The master king suite offers an HDTV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The bunk room has a children-sized set of bunks and an HDTV, perfect for the younger crowd. Conveniently, a washer and dryer is located in the unit. Need a little more sleeping space? This vacation rental condo also offers a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests, sleeping a total of 8.


Just a short walk and you can be on the pristine beaches of Destin. As an added bonus, this vacation rental condo comes with complimentary seasonal beach service, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach daily for your use. Seasonal beach service begins March 1st and ends October 31st. Spend your next vacation relaxing on the sugar white sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico!


Maravilla is a 33-acre beachfront community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen, and a community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located near the best shopping, dining, and entertainment on the Emerald Coast.
*Please note Maravilla's HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, rental golf carts, buses, 2-3 wheel scooters, mopeds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is very nice. The location is great. The beds are really comfortable. Unfortunately, when we booked the property we were not properly informed that the building was scheduled for some major renovation work at the same time of our staying. This had resulted in loud noises during the day and the area looked like construction site. On day 3, we came back home from the beach and we found all windows covered with protective panels, obstructing natural light completely. No access to the balcony allowed too. Workers began to drill right outside the apartment and it was very difficult to ear each other due to the loud noise. That made it quite impossible to stay inside the apartment. Upon contacting the agent, we were told that nothing could be done and abandoned us with our problem. The rental agreement didn’t mention any word related to this. Considering that we were a family with 5 kids from Chicago, we were hoping for a little help, but no one cared.

Pros; View from balcony, beach chair service, size of condo, proximity to restaurants and activities in Destin, loved the pickleball courts(someone took the paddles and balls a few days so we could not play on the empty court), two pools, gated private beach, covered area to grill was awesome. Cons; Glasd door to balcony in master would not open, toilet didn’t flush well in master bathroom,tv remote didn’t work in master bedroom, glass door in living room was insanely hard to open and close, tv in living room was Roku tv and would not stop showing pop up while it was on, kitchen was nice but refrigerator ice maker was broken, maintenance was unable to fix it, garbage disposal was worked on twice while we were there, it was messed up when we arrived, there was not enough dishes/utensils to serve with without washing after every use meaning we had to either wash or use dishwasher each time. Dishwasher works but the lid that closes to hold the detergent was broken, main bathroom didn’t look clean, there was food debris on the walls and the baseboards were disgusting, this was after it was inspected to have been cleaned and the front door didn’t lock if you don’t pull on it to hold it in place to allow the deadbolt to be in place. Overall the property was good and the area was great but I was disappointed with the condo. If it were to be maintained and cleaned properly I would stay here again. Otherwise I would not.

Awesome Stay this July!

Thanks so much, My family, a party of 6, had an Amazing vacation this year! This unit was well-stocked throughout and in the kitchen especially! Unit has both Keurig and Regular Pot Coffee Makers. Best of all was the view from the patio with some pretty decent Gulf views! Only change for me would be aesthetics- needs prettier toilet seats! The ones were scratched/discolored. Other than that, I couldn't have asked for much better. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We loved our stay!

We loved the property. It was perfect for our vacation. Once we figured out what sounded like a bowling ball being rolled upstairs was actually the sliding door it was smooth sailing. Great location and close to everything. Beach service and private access was wonderful. Very family friendly while we were there. The beach was peaceful with very little loud music or people. It was very relaxing!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo!!!

Beautiful condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is lovely and the property has two nice pools and tennis courts. The beach is directly across the street and it was really nice to have two chairs and an umbrella available for us.

Spring Break at the Beach

The condo is in a great location. It had easy access to the beach and being able to have an umbrella and chairs setup for you was a nice touch. Other amenities are just a walk or short drive away. The complex itself had 2 pools to enjoy with one being heated for those cooler days or evenings. The condo was clean and setup well. The kitchen had everything needed for you to prepare a meal. We really enjoyed our time in Miramar Beach and our stay at Maravilla.

Clean, perfect space and location. Only issue was tv remotes missing batteries, but thankfully we spent most of the time enjoying great beach access and pool!

Great Family Condo

We stayed with our girls (6,4,2), and it was perfect. Everything we needed was there, any needs we had, taken care of prompt! This was our first experience using Vrbo and our first visit to Destin. This condo set the bar high! We will be back! Thanks so much!

Amazing location

This property was perfect! The location to the beach was amazing, just a quick walk across the street. We had 8 people staying in the house total- 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 8-14 and they all loved it. Will happily stay there again!

Great location!

Loved our stay! Had an issue with the codes as soon as we arrived but it just took a quick phone call and it was taken care of. Basically walked across the street to the beach and had a nice walk each morning to Bad Ass Coffee. Would definitely book again!!

White sand beach

Great way to relax at the beach without the hassle of going out for all of the meals! Plenty of time to stroll on the beach or boardwalk! Love the area especially the beautiful colors of the ocean from baby blue to turquoise green to dark blue. Our favorite family get away!
