The whole unit is for you and you have an access to the swimming pool
Currently, Saint Martin encounters water production problems which lead to water cuts from time to time. To avoid the inconvenience, we have installed a cistern to have water during these cuts.
It is recommended to rent a car upon your arrival on the island. You will need it to get around throughout your stay. A parking space is provided in the residence in front of the building. Feel free to ask CAP SXM for their promo code with partner rental companies.
