Comfy king bed and separate pull out couch in living area. Marble floors. Walk to Mullet Bay, best beach on island. Cupecoy Beach is downstairs.
Designed as one bedroom but sliding wooden doors can be opened up for ocean view from entire space.
No car needed as best of shopping, dining, beaches, and casino are all walking distance. Maho is only one mile (2km) away. Car rental available onsite if needed.
AC and back up generator.

Although the place had a few things that needed to be fixed, the deck outside had screws sticking up the water in the air conditioning leaked like a lake in the middle of the room, but the view was pretty

The building is old and needs renovation. This unit has a great view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchenette. Foam topper on the mattress, so the bed is comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus!

Personally, we hope that the resort does not remodel the lobby and common areas. We love the classic marble. We feel that any remodel would make the lobby feel stale.

We were initially hesitant to book this condo since it didn’t have any prior reviews, but we are so glad we took the chance! The property was spotless and clearly well cared for—the host has truly thought about the guest experience. It had everything we needed for our 10-night stay, from extra towels and sheets to all the essentials.Being on the top floor was a huge plus—it was quiet, peaceful, and parking right out front was never an issue. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and welcoming.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering it!

My stay was nice and view was amazing however the staff needs to give lobby and immentities a face lift. very outdated for what they are charging. Could be a hot property if they updated these features. (caulking and rust from vent in rooms)

The property was as advertised. Very good value.The resort was older but still nice. There is a bar/restaurant on site. The beach is not very good but the resort is a short 5 minute walk to a very good beach.
