Large Place and Very Clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was very clean and plenty of room for 2 people. The road to the condo has one very bad section full of potholes but the beach is only steps away and very nice. Everyone was very friendly and remember to bring electrical adapters if coming from the US.

Great property

Condo was great, had everything you need for a stay. Very modern and up to date. Great parking steps away from the patio. Communication with Phillipe and Alan exceeded our expectations. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone. The only thing I would recommend is adding English TV channels as well. Having a cold welcome drink was a nice touch. Big thank you to Phillipe and Alan.

Beyond Expectations! A must-stay rental!

First off, all of our communication with the owner to prepare for the trip were exceptional as Phillipe went above and beyond answering all our questions and requests. The condo itself is beautiful and so modern. BUT… the very best part, how much it is wheelchair accessible! For Saint Martin, this is quite a find for accessible travelers. Not only do you have an accessible parking space right in front of unit, but all the doorways were fine for my manual wheelchair (which also had 4” wide beach tires still attached). Everything in the apartment is accessible to the chair, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space to line wheelchair to transfer to toilet and also transfer in and out of the shower. There are plastic chairs you can use as a shower chair and a handheld shower head that can be height adjustable. Even the patio was so large that I could go all over outside. As for location; your a 2 minute walk to Friars Bay beach and the 978 beach club (with amazing creole bbq daily and very cheap chair/umbrella rental). 10 minutes to Super U supermarket to stock up groceries to use in the fully stocked kitchen (every appliance and tool you need to prepare meals in the condo too). Maybe 10-15 minutes to Grand Case and 20ish to Orient Bay. So perfect area. I could go on forever praising this place and the owner (who I feel is now a friend after all our talking); but you must trust me, this is THE place you’ve been looking for!
