- We're about 22 miles away from the world renowned ski resorts like Alta (my personal favorite), Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Deer Valley & Powderbird.

Private garage and parking pad are available for guest vehicles. The home is designed exclusively for your use, comfort, and convenience during your stay.
This property has a luxury feel to bring the creative brain inside you to life. It has an amazing story of being on Capitol Hill and we've been able to keep as much of the original uniqueness to the home as we could!
You can see the original flooring throughout the home, in fact we keep a book in the living room on the main floor of this house and what makes it so historic. Centrally located to Downtown Salt Lake City, Temple Square & a 5 minute walk from the SLC Convention Center (Salt Palace) - making it a perfect location.
