*Please Note: All bedrooms are on the second floor of this home*

This Northwest style home features four bedrooms and three full baths. This home sleeps 11 and is a great option for a large family or two families staying together.
The large vaulted ceilings provide an open lodge feeling, blending into the light and bright open kitchen. The living area has a large flat screen TV, poker table and fireplace, and it also offers a speaker system throughout the home. There is a large indoor dining area where the dining table seats six and the bar at the island seats four. Downstairs you will also find a large laundry/mud room, with a laundry shoot, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a luxurious jacuzzi tub, and tiled shower. There is a Queen bedroom, the bunk room, which has three single bunk beds and one double bunk, and a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a tub and shower, and a children's loft area with toys, movies and games. Enjoy a view of the golf course from the large deck with a gas BBQ and hot tub, there is also a horseshoe pit for your use.

This home rents from Sunday - Sunday.
7 NIGHT MINIMUM DURING JULY AND AUGUST

Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments will be refundable less a $100.00 administration fee if cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. There will be no refunds after 45 days prior to your arrival date.

As of January 1st, 2026: Black Butte Ranch charges a guest access fee equal to 13.5% of the nightly rate for full access to pools, tennis courts, bike paths and Ranch facilities. This amount is paid at the time of booking, and will be paid to Black Butte Ranch on your behalf.

Clean, well-equipped (although the kitchen could use a few more towels), comfortable. It's on the far south-side of the resort, very close to the golf course. I would recommend, though, that the property management company NOT text at 6:00 in the morning.

Lovely well-stocked home

This is a beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen. The pantry had several staples which we appreciated but did t use because we’re used to being our own. There were lots of spices available as well. The primary bedroom in particular is very nice with a large king bed, and two sinks, large jetted tub and shower in the bathroom. Love the location in Glaze Meadow. Kenndra is always terrific to deal with. She’s prompt in her help and replies. We really enjoyed our stay despite the air quality which kept us housebound most of the week.

I especially appreciated how well appointed the kitchen is. Everything needed was present. Loved all of the activities that black butte ranch had to offer. Loved biking, golfing, pickle ball, swimming and more! The hardest part was it was a cold June! But the fireplace and hot tub helped to warm us up.

Definitely NOT "Luxurious"

Our family loves BBR and the experience of being on the property is incredible - the pools, courts, recreation, etc. While this rental was just fine / mediocre, we feel obligated to warn future renters that this place is certainly NOT luxurious as marketed on the listing. It's very old, dated, in need of MANY repairs, the kitchen is not well stocked, etc. When paying $1K+ per night you'd expect there to be paper towels and tissues, but this place did not have any. The outdoor speakers do not work. The grill needs deep cleaning as to prevent grease fires. There's water damage on the kitchen floor. The garbage disposal is leaking and there was a moldy tub of water under the sink. There's a sink hole outside next to the septic system indicating a leak. The hot tub was smelly like mildew and we did not trust to get in it.

Hi Kelly, I am so disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with the home you rented from us. We pride ourselves in clean, functioning and well stocked homes, so I am very sorry to hear that this was not the case during your stay. None of these issues were made apparent to us, until after you had checked out, which is also disappointing that you did not even give us a chance to right our wrongs. Our hot tubs are professionally maintained and cleaned weekly, if the hot tub was not in great shape we should have been notified. The sewer system was recently moved from the front yard, and there were some problems shortly after it was moved, had we been made privy to the sink hole, we would have taken care of it. I wish instead of writing a bad review, you would have communicated with us the issues. I understand that some of these things could have been prevented, however others were out of our hands. You'll be happy to hear the garbage disposal has been replaced, the sink hole filled in, the BBQ was given a good scrub, and all amenities restocked. Again, I am very sorry to hear that the house did not meet your expectations.

Great House for a 3 Generation Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home is located in a quiet, secluded part of Black Butte Ranch. It was convenient to a bike path that afforded access to Glaze Meadow Recreation facilities including pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, etc. However, I would suggest that young children would need to be well supervised or driven to Glaze Meadow vs. negotiating the bike path as it wanders through the Glaze Meadow Golf Course. But it was perfect for our grandsons, ages 8, 11, and 12. Also, this home is further from the Lodge, Robert's Pub, and other parts of the ranch that we enjoy but this didn't inconvenience us due to excellent walking/bike paths and use of a car.The four bedroom, 3 full bathroom house was spacious enough for our 11 person family. Overall, the home was very clean and definitely well appointed (very sufficient personal care items, kitchen supplies, games, etc.). However, we had to wait beyond check in time for the housekeeping service to complete a cleaning (they arrived to clean it at 3:15 PM and the home is way too large to clean it well in 45 minutes)! The kitchen was not up to the cleanliness standards we would have expected and liked. By this I mean that the kitchen could use a deep clean of drawers and cabinets (there was an abundance of crumbs and food spills) and better organization of kitchen supplies (I spent an afternoon starting this process to make it easier for my family to prepare food). Also, the refrigerator pull out drawer needs to be replaced and not just marked with a sign that tells you it's broken and the toaster barely worked (it didn't pop up). Despite some issues (they are all fixable), I would recommend this home. I really appreciated the Property Manager, Kenndra's responsiveness throughout the reservation process. She definitely provided good customer service!Over the 45 years that we have been coming to Black Butte, this was one of the nicest homes we've rented!

Would benefit from more lighting near the hot tub when getting in and out at night for safety. Entertainment system was great with smart TV to use streaming services and surround sound system sounds good for movies or music. House was very clean and in great condition. Some of the light switch locations are confusing. Light over dining room table is located on the kitchen island with dimmer switch. Light for master bath vanity is located outside the bathroom door. Took us awhile to find those. Overall, a relatively pricey option compared to other Black Butte rentals, but large house and hot tub adds value for a family. Would recommend and stay again. Black Butte Vacations, Kenndra specifically, was wonderful to work with as we had some scheduling issues arise on short notice and they were very flexible and thoughtful in our interaction. Thanks!
