Modern/Rustic Log Chalet loaded with amenties

Peaceful and private log home with sweeping views of the vineyard and ridgeline. Relax by the pool, prepare gourmet meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the deck (pellet smoker/grill and blacktop griddle w/ air fryer). Melt your cares away in the 7-person hot tub and lounge on the massive wrap-around deck.

Expansive living areas flooded with light and a lower lvl rec area with a 100" 4k projector, shuffleboard, skeeball, darts and poker.


House sleeps 8 adults and 4 children as the standard configuration. Other arrangements can be made for a group of 12 adults but will typically incur additional charges for relocation of furniture, setup of air mattresses and futons and extra cleaning. One top bunk twin is not appropriate for adult use.

Our stay was a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, fully equipped for our Thanksgiving week, and the host was wonderful. We truly appreciate all the host did to accommodate and prepare our family stay.

Everything about this property and Kerri and Race was amazing through out our stay!!!!We are so happy to have been able to share such a special moment in our lives in this property!Communication was top notch and Kerri is such an amazing host and even helped coordinating with vendors on our special day!Our entire family felt right at home, being able to spend time with our nephew at the play ground, nieces at the pool! Sunday football with a big projector in the basement, family breakfasts, girl time at the hot tub, our pups running around, we made such great memories!!!!

Very relaxing and enjoyable week for our family of 8.We were able to cook all meals in house with provided equipment.Lots of games, tv's, and other entertainment for all.The pool and hot tub were wonderful!I would highly recommend thus location!

Great Place for Big Group

Our group of friends had a great stay at this cabin. Great for both adults and children. It is a short drive away from the DC metro are and we have no complaints about our stay. Would stay here again.

Fun family get away

Beautiful views, tons of fun activities for kids and adults on property. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to have everyone together in the same house. Huge house and nicely decorated.

Weekend at the Winery

We had an amazing time staying at the chalet. Our family was able to enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit and the beautiful scenery. It was the perfect about of space for the nine of us.

This beautiful well-maintained property is perfect for hosting larger get-together. The owners have thought of every detail and there are many high-end amenities available for your stay. The basement game room is amazing for both kids and adults and the hot tube is a perfect way to end your day after hiking and wineries just a few miles away. Beautiful spacious home

We had a great stay with extended family (5 adults, 2 kids) in this beautiful home. It has a rustic feel but very modern and super spacious. Plenty of beds, gorgeous views, excellent game room in the basement. Well stocked and very responsive host. Our trip was in early October and it was still warm enough for the kids to use the heated pool.

Golf Trip

Keri was an absolute delight to work with. The views and setting was remarkable and relaxing. We did a golf trip and it worked out perfectly as the courses were all within a reasonable drive so the house as a hub was ideal. Would recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed the location and the common areas in the house. Keri was easy to communicate with. The list of available sleeping areas on the listing is a bit confusing, so you should communicate directly with Keri about the set up.

Great House at the foot of the Blue Ridge

Lovely House at the foot of the Blue Ridge overlooking the Short Hill mountains. Fantastic sunrises, great pool and hot tub. Rustic feeling real log home with every modern convenience and amenity. Whole family enjoyed it. My four year old asked why we had to give it back and wondered if we could just stay and make it ours.

Wedding weekend

Beautiful property! We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. It was a great place for our purposes. The master bath gave the girls plenty of space for make-up and hair. The outside spaces were also well enjoyed, including the pool. Only drawback was the East wing bedroom was very warm even with the fan blowing.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

The house and property were great for two families with young kids. We enjoyed the views from the deck and hung out in the pool and hot-tub most of the weekend. The kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed for lots of cooking. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions/requests.

Beautiful getaway

We had a lovely time at Keri's lovely home. She has thought of everything. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, the game room has entertainment for all. Weather didn't cooperate for us to use the pool/hot tub this time but the amenities are so great that you can just stay put and hang out. One afternoon we walked to the winery down the road and it was a quick 15 minute drive to Harper's Ferry. Perfect girls' getaway.

Fabulous family gathering spot

Perfect lovely spot to just enjoy spending time together either in the pool or hot tub or play games or watch movies on the giant screen TV. Easily fit three couples and a baby. Nestled in a vineyard and close drive to Harper’s Ferry and many vineyard tasting rooms. Great opportunity to discover smash burgers on their Blackstone, simple walks along gravel roads and the joys of a giant jetted tub with views of the vineyard, not to mention the heated bidet! Keri is a fabulous host and went above and beyond in so many ways.
