Great spot on the east side of KC

Was a wonderful place for a weekend at Worlds of Fun. Easy to get to local attractions. In a well established neighborhood, quite. Very responsive host. Nice home. Would stay again :)

Nice weekend getaway.

We had fun with our friends enjoying a single space and being able to prepare meals together. It was a good base-camp for our activities. We would do it again.

We have a large family but the home was very cozy with a living room and family room so we could spread out. They have a nice deck for grilling and lounging. The neighborhood was safe and there was plenty of parking. A wonderful place that we will return to next time we are in KC.

Adorable Cozy House

This house is exactly how it looks in the pictures but even more adorable in person. Kayli was wonderful and very responsive when I had questions. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house is clean, stocked with everything you need or forget and spacious. There are books and board games for family fun. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

House was clean and spacious. Was perfect for our needs. Was super close to stadiums and grocery stores. Neighborhood was mostly quiet. House had somewhat of a college rental house feel to it. Was easy to get in and out of the back door, would not recommend front door usage, several of the doors stick. Overall was a good experience and we’d stay here again.

Cute, comfy house in a convenient location

We met family to surprise my mom for her 75th birthday. There was plenty of room for kids in a room to play games and watch tv, and the adults had lots of space in the other living room to visit. We enjoyed the chairs on the deck and felt safe in the neighborhood. We ordered bbq from Gates’ and cooked a big breakfast Saturday morning and had everything we needed as far as pans and utensils. This house was exactly what we needed!

Comfy home.

The beds were very comfy. Plenty of room for everyone. A nice mixture of modern and antique and rustic decor. On the negative, the previous renters didn't treat the home with much respect. Lots of drainage issues in t her bathroom tub and towel hangers falling off the walls. We had a small issue with the washer, it would work one time and next time it wouldn't. It's not handicap accessible and only one shower, for 9 people wasn't smart for us. But the house was very nice! And The AC works great! I would give it a 7 out of 10.

Pet friendly!

Booking was fast and simple. Check in was quite easy as well. On the booking page I noticed you could have 1 small dog. We got to the house about 9pm. Getting ready for bed we noticed pet hair on the covers and blankets. Being pet friendly, I expected a little pet hair. This was everywhere. On every cover and pillow case. I did take pictures and send to the host. She told me the hair was on decorstive pillows and throws and to "set it aside". We did that. Got further into the beds and there was hair in those as well. So just beware that it is VERY pet friendly, and you will have hair everywhere. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. The price was good for the house size and how many people it accommodated. Overall, great place if you dont mind pet hair.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The pictures are accurate. The host was very quick to respond. However, there were a few safety concerns. 1. The front door is very hard to open. In an emergency, there is only one exit door that is dependable. 2. There are unexpected steps in the house with some room transitions. We tripped multiple times. 3. The house had a moldy/ mildew smell. I am guessing that this is from the basement. 4. The washer does not consistently work and is located in the basement. 5. The queen bunk bed is not sturdy. It shakes when someone moves on the top bed. I am talking about an 85 pound child. The children were excited about a bunk bed and we did not allow them to sleep on the top. 6. The bathrooms were clean. 7. My husband dropped his keys in between the couch. Guess what? It was dirty. 8. The area rug in the kitchen is super nasty. We have pictures. 9. There was a nice assortment of dishes to use. We did not use any. 10. The property is very spacious.

Our first KC stay

It was in a very convenient neighborhood to everything we wanted to do.Screen door has a broken window and doesn't shut good,water pressure is not the best but does the job. The dyer door would not shut my husband had to work on it to get it to shut.Other than that it was a good place to stay had plenty of room and the kids loved playing inside.Dryer dooe didn’t

CONCERT LODGING

Working with property manager was easy. Unit was ready in advance of arrival. Only needed to bring food/beverage. Only Con was that not much storage is available if unpacking clothes for and extended stay (no dressers). Comfortable stay :-) Thank you!
