With floor to ceiling sliding door windows in both the living room and the master, you’ll be able to step outside and experience the fresh breeze any time you please. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening nightcap on the balcony and watch the sun rise and set. It’s the pinnacle of beach vacation relaxation!

The open concept kitchen and main living areas are where you’ll kick back and relax. The designer décor brings the gulf indoors with soft blue and gray furnishings and wavy accents. The pristine kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal to enjoy at the dining table or on the balcony.

Guests at this beachfront condo will wake up refreshed in the master’s king bed. You can further indulge your senses in the master bath’s gorgeously walk-in shower. The guest bedroom’s minimalist décor maximizes the space with two twin beds. This room grants private access to the guest bathroom. If you need additional space, both the master and the guest bedroom have a twin futon sleeper chair located in each, and the new living room sleeper sofa pulls out into a queen bed.

Outside, enjoy the community’s amenities like the seasonally heated pool, fitness center, grilling area, tram, resort dining, and much more.

Management company was very easy to reach, even after hours. I would advise not to plan on using the pull out chairs for sleeping unless it is a smile child. We brought and air up mattress and that worked perfectly. All other beds were very comfortable. I would recommend booking this property.

The pull out couch sits at a significant angle, the pull out chairs in the bedroom were impossible to sleep on due to discomfort. No comforters were available for any of the pullout sleepers.

Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and the beach access was the best part of this condo. However, the elevator by our condo was not operating so there were times we had to wait at least 20 minutes during peak times to get on bc they were full. The walls were paper thin and the bed was too high and stiff. These small things can be overlooked but the most frustrating part of our stay was the communication. The check in instructions were not super clear. It needs to be clear that the address (4260) is also the suite number. We were confused and had to call when we came in at 10pm just to get someone from the Phillipines who was just as confused as I was and had to call someone else and get back to me. The next day we went down to the beach to reserve some chairs which is not included. We were told that only Sandestin guests would get a discount. Are we not guests? I called to clarify and the representative said we do but when we came back to reserve, our tags did not grant us any discounts. We ended up paying $385 for 3 days for beach chairs just so that people can set up their own chairs and umbrellas right in front of you and there's nothing you can do about it. If none of this is a big deal to you then I recommend you stay here but all of this was a dealbreaker for me.

Great stay needs: new pans

We loved this place. It was so clean and plenty of space. We have 3 adults and 3 small children. I would definitely rent again. It was so easy. My only complaint is we did a lot of cooking and the cookware was really bad, almost unusable.

Girls Beach Getaway

Be prepared for a very crowded beach, though@ Only minor complaints would be that the bed in the master bedroom is extremely high and hard to get into if you have any mobility issues whatsoever. Also need new skillets in kitchen as the ones there have seen better days. We loved the pool and pool area but this could have been improved if there were a hot tub and the pool was heated. Otherwise, a very relaxing trip. We would stay here again, maybe a different unit next time but love Beachside Two!

Great stay with Family

We spent five days at the beach with family and the accommodations were perfect. There was plenty of room for 7 of us and the view is to die for. I would stay here again and again.

Money vs. Value

Elevator didn’t work by our room. No hotel carts around us. Couldn’t find our way to the beach due to lack of signage. The construction work made it look ghetto. The automatic door to the parking lot needed to be pryed open with my hands. For the money, we expected a better experience.

Great location and clean and comfortable place to stay

They place was well-equipped in the kitchen and had beach chairs and umbrella. It was a great location, convenient to get to the beach as well as a nearby restaurant and tram stop. The place was clean and check-in and check-out were simple. We would definitely come back again.

Hello! We were unaware that the whole building was under construction (remodeling) I wish they were a little more honest about it, unfortunately there were some parts of the building that smell like marihuana. The building was dirty, and trash everywhere.

Terrible worst place

The building it was on construction!! The unit was so dusty in and out no pool dangerous sings everywhere!! Handy man’s 8am doing lot of noise!!! My birthday vacations to ruined 😡😡😡😔😔😔😔

Such a Great Property

Great Location

This condo was perfectly located on the beach right in Sandestin. The condo, beach, and pool were all super easy to access. All you have to do is put in a code. No need to keep up with a key. The building had several elevator locations, so it was easy to snag an elevator. This particular unit is located RIGHT outside one of the elevators, so it was super easy to haul our beach gear to and from the condo. I elevator was not loud, and we couldn't hear it from the condo. The unit itself was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked most meals in the condo, and there was plenty of dishes and cookware. LOTS of flatware too! The view from the primary bedroom and living room was amazing. I loved the windows and natural light. The balcony was spacious too! The primary shower was HUGE. It would be great for an older person or someone with a disability. Overall, our stay here was great! I would definitely recommend this unit and Beachside II.

Great condo- amazing views

This property was wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped, the unit was clean and there were plenty of linens provided. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a closet with beach chairs, sand toys and even google and sunglasses. A truly great stay!

Some issues

Don’t understand if the room was clean and available why not let guests check in sooner then 4:00pm? There has to be a better more convenient system for guest, especially since we arrived around 12:30 and had to wait hours to get into the condo. Unit was clean and very pretty. We liked the amount of towels available and well stocked kitchen. The glass doors were dirty and we could barely see out to the beautiful view of the beach and amazing blue ocean!

Beautiful views

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a very nice area and we felt safe at all times. The views are incredible. The condo was as described except the kitchen area was very dark. The cabinets make the space seem smaller and just not as bright as it should have been with the very large windows and porch area.. This did not affect our stay and we had a wonderful time. More towels would have been nice to have. Thank you.
