Beautiful. Private and peaceful lake home on Caribou Lake in Grand Lake Township just minutes to Duluth, shopping, and golfing. The home is located in peaceful Saginaw country. This is not to be confused with the Caribou Lake far north in the Lutsen area. This is a great Spring/ Summer get-away. Open living area with gorgeous views of the lake from almost every room. Maple cabinets in the kitchen. Free standing gas fireplace with a rock wall in the living room. Private lofted owners retreat on the second level with your own private deck, great new sauna, nice Jacuzzi, and amenities galore. Bonus area above the garage includes two bunk beds and a hide-a-bed couch. Any more than 6 people staying it is $50 per night per person. Absolute maximum of 9 guests at once. Outdoors features a lakeside bar, firepit, and 100 feet of level lake front with a sandy beach! The home also now comes with 2 kayaks and 1 canoe for you to use. If you would like to add days at the beginning or end of your stay, just let me know in advance and we will work it out no problem at all.
