This professionally designed and decorated cabin is for all ages! MAJESTIC FOREST offers you three levels of family fun with three master suites, three porches, spacious loft, large living and dining area, and a huge game room. You will love its rustic upscale decor and its homey atmosphere. Don't forget our community pool!
The space Gorgeous&spacious three level cabin has 3 bedrooms ALL with large king-size master suites,their own bathroom,fireplace,&romantic Jacuzzi tub.The loft has added sleeping with a queen size sofa & log bunk bed.The Game Room has an arcade game,pool table,Queen sofa sleeper,arcade game,wet bar,&mini fridge.High speed WiFi &5HD flat screen TVs.3 covered porches provide a large hot tub, grill,swing,rocking chairs,&beautiful quiet& private views.Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops,stainless appliances. Basketball 1/2 court on resort property!

Ring camera/doorbell with security alarms located obviously where a doorbell is normally at. It is to the right of the front door. The camera views the front door outside entry way only.

Guest access:Nicely paved streets, quiet, cabins in the neighborhood are either privately owned or vacation rentals. Just a short hop from all of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg amenities! One dog is allowed, but must be placed on the guest list and a nonrefundable pet fee is charged as well. Please read the rules for bringing a dog if you are interested in bringing one.

Enjoyed the Majestic

Property was ideal for our family. Roomy, games, just enough parking. My only concern was trash. With 10 people during a 5 day stay, we filled the cans and had some left.

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect cabin for our group of 9. (7 adults & 2 children) Convenient location just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge. Plenty of space and great amenities. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Check in & out was easy and great communication with the owner.

Birthday weekend for six year old

The cabin was gorgeous and very well maintained. We loved that it had a pool table and each of the rooms were a suite. It came stocked with toys and games for the kids to play with and my girls loved the blocks the most. The hot tub was amazing and the balconies were pretty awesome too even with it being November. Joylee was very courteous and thoughtful. She had told us that she would’ve decorated if she had known it was a birthday party for my little girl but I hadn’t put that on there. Just throwing that on the review for anyone that’s considered an anniversary or birthday cabin stay. I’ll definitely book with her again when we come back out to pigeon forge. :)

Great for multiple families staying

Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed to cook a large breakfast and plenty of things to do when not out and dreaming the area. Loved that all the main bedrooms provided equal luxuries for three different couples so it wasn't difficult to choose which family gets which room. l area

Get away was well worth it

We loved everything about the property from the moment we pulled in the driveway. The inside was exactly as described. The owner Joy Lee even reached out to us during our stay to be sure everything was going well. Her hospitality and friendliness made the stay that much better!! When we go back to Pigeon Forge we will be staying there again. Thank you Joy Lee for giving us a very memorable get away!

Our First VRBO Rental

Minus the dust on furniture in the bedrooms, food particles in the microwave and oven, a few light bulbs out and slow drains in some of the sinks, overall we had a pleasant stay at this rental. The family had a great time.

Exceptional Vacation Home

Our entire family enjoyed the beautiful vacaton home.It was the mist relaxing vacation we had ever been on.No need to leave the cabin,between the jacuzzi tubs,hot tub,pool table and the views from all 3 balconies the views were amazing.

Steep street

I recommend a 4 wheel drive to get to this house. The decks on the home are great! Feels remote, but it’s a residential area. We saw a bear and her 2 cubs. Our hostess was very friendly and immediately fixed the cable boxes. Like most VRBO’s, there’s some light house keeping to do before checking out. It was clean, but carpet needs replacing. Each bedroom is on a different floor. Great for 3 couples! I would book this house in the future (not winter!)

Excellent!

This house was everything the owner described in the listing, it was clean, it was convenient and it had ALL the amenities we could have hoped for! Arriving at the house there is a steep drive or two, so be prepared but our mini van could handle it so you will be fine too. Parking was nice and flat and plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Upon entry the house was obviously clean and well decorated, open floor plan. All the bedrooms are equally amazing so my husband and I took the middle floor bedroom and put the younger kids up and the older kids down. Every night when coming back to the house all the kids gathered in the game room to play pool or the deer hunt arcade and we could lay down in our room and relax while listening to them laugh and have a good time. The house even had a few sample shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent to hold us over when we were in a bind. The house is also less than 5 min from the parkway and all the fun but when at the house you feel like you miles and miles from all that chaos. I could not recommend this house more for a large family or group of friends! It was really a great time!

Absolute Dream Cabin and Stay!!

Words can't describe how lovely this cabin and host are. My family stayed here for a few nights and are already wondering when we can come back. Joy is the absolute sweetest, most accomodating host. She is there to communicate with you throughout your stay and if any problems arise. The cabin is gorgeous on the inside and out, with a wonderful view of the forest behind you. The cabin is next to others, but we did not get bothered by anyone. We utilized the jacuzzi tubs and the hot tub outside, as they were extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and comfortable to relax in after a long day. You could stay at this cabin and never want to leave as it has entertainment (tvs and games), comfort, and utilities to cook. We highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing trip or for family fun.

Smokey Mountain Family Fun

We were a bit surprised with the steep hill driving through the resort but the kids loved it! Parking was so convenient right in the front of the house. We walked through the side porch and it was majestic. You really feel like you’re in the mountains. As soon as you open the door it’s so bright and inviting. Tall ceilings and comfortable furniture. It was easy to unpack our food right into the kitchen. There was so much room to spread out. The bottom floor with the pool table was so much fun. Hot tub was a favorite! We were so close to Dollywood I could easily come back mid day to walk the dog. There was so much to do in gatlinburg. We played mini golf, went on go carts, mountain coaster and fun museums. It’s also very close to great hikes. We saw a beautiful waterfall. We were so close we could go right to the local supermarket and come back to the house and save money on food and have a great dinner. Overall, it was one of the nicest families vacations we ever had!

Terrible Home owner

WOULD NOT RENT, SUPER SLIMY HOMEOWNER. The home owner is super high maintenance, texting multiple times a day. On top of that she wants to charge us $1000 for A/C repairs despite it not working the day we got there and only working the one day they came to fix it, then wants to charge us an addition $300 for having to come out and repair it. BUT IT DIDNT EVEN WORK FIRST DAY ON SITE. It obviously was a prior issue, she just doesn’t want to be the one paying for it. Even after not having A/C 3 out of the 4 days. She also does not want to have to do normal vacation home cleaning to her home. Asking us to basically deep clean the home before leave, which we obliged to our best efforts, yet somehow still finding a way to charge us for a “deep cleaning” And trying to charge us over trash leaking onto the floor after clearly directing us to leave bags of extra trash on the floor in the kitchen. It is also listed as a “smoke allowed property” yet complained over the fact of us smoking legal marijuana from a dispensary less then 2 miles from the property. Even after we strictly smoked outside and followed all of her guidelines regarding it. On top of that she wants to charge us for a damage that didn’t even occur until days after we had left. She’s honestly just a homeowner trying to get out of normal vrbo maintenance. Again WOULD NOT RENT, just asking for issues afterwards

Decorated with a Rancher theme, you will NOT find a cleaner cabin in the Smokies! All 3 bedrooms are lavished with their own fireplace, jetted tub, shower and sink. Great for big families or couples who want their own secluded space. Majestic Forest also has 2 extra half baths to accommodate 13+ guests. Once you’re in the cabin you feel like you’re in your own private forest on your own private mountain. It is less than 2 minutes from the parkway and EVERYTHING fun in Pigeon Forge! But once you are at the cabin you feel like you are in your own private woods! The resort has a basketball area and a pool. All 3 balconies are equipped with comfy seating. There is a couch on all 3 levels. The loft has a fun log bunkbed with a full mattress on the bottom bunk. There are 2 sofa sleepers and if that isn't enough along with the 3 king suites the owner also has air mattresses available for more beds upon request.

If you're wanting a clean cabin this is the right one for you! Cleanest bathrooms and hot tub in the Smokies! Owner does all the cleaning of the linens and cabin herself with the assistance of her family because she couldn't find ANY cleaners in East TN that cleaned to her standards! Owner is caring and extremely responsive! Owner does everything from booking to cleaning toilets! She will go above and beyond to try to make your stay memorable! The hot tub has gorgeous forest views from morning to night and they are not only beautiful but very romantic! There is an extra beverage refrigerator in the game room. If you're needing something special, just ask Joy Lee the owner! She will go out of your way to make sure your vacation is a special! If you are needing a few more beds just let her know and she can accommodate with air mattresses! There is NO REASON your vacation shouldn't be the greatest of all times because this owner will do everything possible to ensure you are taken care of! Owner is available 24/7! Kitchen with rustic island is equip with all your needs. Pool table, Duck Hunter arcade game, board games, cards, coloring books, crayons, books, word puzzles, washer and dryer, gas grill, and even pet food and water dish on site. If there is a special request, don't be afraid to ask! The loft also has a children's Teepee to keep the munchkins entertained! Pack and Play and stroller also available upon request!
