Great location on the beach while still having privacy! Walking distance to many restaurants. Easy to get to everything on the Island. Paule our host was amazing and responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Paule's property! Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling relaxing and peaceful.Paule was an exceptional host with excellent communication from booking through checkout. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless.Our family had such a wonderful trip, and this property played a huge part in making it so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We’ve visited St. Martin many times and usually stay in Grand Case, which we love. On this trip, we couldn’t book our usual spot for the last four days, so we decided to stay at Paolina Beach and we’re so glad we did.This unit exceeded all expectations. It’s tastefully decorated, very well equipped, and just steps from the beach and great restaurants. The space is comfortable and spacious, and above all, impeccably clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you are looking for a place that is ON THE BEACH, then this is the place for you. Whether you are sitting in the swinging chair or laying down on the couch, you can hear the waves and how happy the birds are. There is a restaurant in front that you can rent loungers from, that will bring you, your hearts desire, food, drinks and a smile. The property is located in the heart of the island, close to shopping, and the food is amazing. You couldn't ask for better host! She promptly answers all questions and has a flair for good taste in decorating the property. We loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath that is spread out and gives you loads of room. This property is one you will want to come back to
