Create lasting memories with the family in our Winnisquam cottage. Imagine wake up to peaceful lake views, just a few steps from the inviting crystal-clear water and soft sandy beach. Spend sunny days swimming in the shallow area, launching kayaks for lakeside adventures from the dock, or simply relax in the sunshine on the spacious deck.

The space
Discover our cozy Winnisquam cottage, a wonderful retreat for families and friends alike! Enjoy direct access to the lake at the Lord Hampshire resort's dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the water. Inside the cottage, find two comfortable bedrooms: a queen bed in the master and a second room with a bunk bed and a full-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for amazing meal times, and the gentle sounds of the lake from the screened porch create a truly peaceful ambiance. Book your lakeside getaway today! The cottage has a large TV to enjoy movies and shows after a busy day.


Guest access
Guests enjoy access to the entire cottage, including the private lake-view screened porch and our fully equipped kitchen.
Step right outside to the resorts private dock, perfect for launching kayaks or simply enjoying the waterfront. A day dock is available if you rent a boat. You'll also have direct access to the sandy beach for swimming, and a spacious deck for relaxing and taking in the beautiful Winnisquam Lake views.
The cottage is 0.5 mile from the amazing new The Lake Estate on Winnisquam resort and close to a shopping center and restaurants at the Tanger outlet.
All the Lakes region activities are near by, 20 min from Laconia and Weirs Beach, mount Gunstock offers winter and summer activities, tons of activities to explore.


Other things to note
For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please note that this is a non-smoking property (a $250 fee applies for violations).
Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM.
Feel free to bring your own kayaks to explore the lake! Our boat dock is for daytime use only; overnight docking will need to be arranged at an off-site facility. We kindly ask that you leave the cottage tidy upon departure. Enjoy your lakeside getaway!

Was fine. We thought cottage had a beach.Road noise unexpected. LONG list of "don't's" was off-putting. Other than that was fine.

Cottage was not thoroughly cleaned. Windows are disgusting. There is dirt, leaves, bugs when you open them. Blinds are broken in some spots and dirty. We found a pair of dirty underwear and shorts under one of the beds. Not ours! No heat in bedrooms and bathroom. Bathroom was freezing in the mornings.

Fun Quick Getaway!

Had a nice quick stay for the weekend at the cottage. It was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The location is your traditional old school cottage colony and brought me back to my childhood trips to "the lake". Property was well maintained for the age and has cute charm about it. Just what we were looking for in our end of summer, last hurrah getaway!

Perfect cabin in Tilton

My husband and I totally loved this cabin. We stayed for 5 days in late June, and couldn't have been happier. It is very well appointed, with everything you could need. When we checked in (a very easy process), the cabin was all set for our arrival. I admit that I did not cook all week, but I could have made a fine meal with the kitchen set up. Bathroom was spotless too. While we were there, there was a heat wave--temps up to 98 degrees. I was absolutely blown away by how the A/C worked in this cabin. After soaking up the sun on the sundeck, we went back to the cabin and cooled off. It was wonderful. And a unique feature of the cabin--a little screened in porch, complete with a view of the lake. We drank our coffee there every morning, and finished our day with a nightcap there every night. One drawback is that the cabin is the closest to the road. We could hear traffic whizzing by. Obviously this is not a criticism of the owners, but you should "know before you go". I will say that if you have the air conditioner on, the sound is diminished. All in all, a very enjoyable experience. We would love to return.

Loved the cottage. Suggestions is to get a new rug for kitchen area. We almost fell a few times.

Maybe have some throw blankets for couch for the cool nights. Such a cute cottage and perfect location
