The Space

Inside, a spacious living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stylish tumbled marble backsplash with custom inlay. Food prep is a breeze with a 5-burner KitchenAid cooktop, a large pantry, and additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Custom details like tile floors and plantation shutters throughout enhance the coastal charm of this beach retreat.

First Level:
• A full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle and a full bathroom.

Second Level:
• The primary suite features a luxurious private bath with a double vanity, freestanding tub, and stall shower. Enjoy private balcony access and gorgeous Gulf views. This room also includes two child-friendly sleeper chairs.
• A queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a single sleeper chair.
• A convenient workstation nook with a desk, perfect for catching up on work or school.

We have been coming to Morgantown for our annual visit now for 12 years. We have stayed at several wondeful houses but this one is our favorite. This was our third time staying here. It is located so close to the beach beautiful house and love that it allows dogs. The amenities are wonderful. We hope to back next year.

The home was clean and appealing. The master suite and balcony is fantastic. There was a huge cabinet of books to enjoy with so many of my favorite authors. I read 3 while lounging on the porches, drinking coffee and enjoying the breezes and view. The management company does an excellent job. We will certainly be choosing them again for future stays.

We didn't want to leave!!! The upper deck has an amazing view of the water and gorgeous sunsets! The house was spacious and clean. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and we will come back to this property in the future. Thanks for a lovely anniversary get-away!!

The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need and the host also provides beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. They also provided puzzles, games, books! The view from the both porches is great!

I can not say enough great things!! The house was great with plenty of room. Had everything we needed. But the contact with the owners and property management was outstanding!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have been going to Gulf Shores for several years, and this stay by far was our best!

Perfect!! Highly recommend staying here! Perfect management team! Gail came to meet us which was a great surprise very sweet and made sure all our needs were met the whole time we were there! Most people do not do this! The house has beautiful VIEWS of the ocean and the area is quiet and peaceful! The house had everything we needed! Kitchen fully stocked with appliances! The decks were amazing! The outdoor shower down stairs was a huge plus and also a room full of beach chairs, surf boards, nets and sand toys SAVES you . Recommend Jesse’s on the Bay to eat! GREAT FOOD! BOOK NOW!

We used the pickle ball courts and visited the 2 different pools. Morgantown a well kept community! We loved our stay!

The place was just like it was advertised. Perfect spot, great views, close to beach. Contacted property manager about one small issue and it was resolved when she said it would be. Would recommend this vaction home.

Great Trip

Our family had a wonderful time for our short getaway. We love being such a short walk to the beach that makes back and forth a breeze. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us. We will certainly be back.

Beach Stay at Tranquility

This house has plenty of room and was very comfortable for our group of 9. The beds are really comfy. We love the location and Morgantown. It is a very short walk to the beach. The view from the decks is lovely. The house overall was clean. It could benefit from some deep cleaning in the kitchen and some household maintenance inside and out . We had a great stay in spite of those things.

This home was what my family needed to feel comfortable and to be able to relax. we have three children two who are autistic. This home gave us a safe place to feel comfortable and enjoy the pace of life.. We feel so lucky to have stayed at a place and be together as a family and enjoying one another company. The location to the beach is out of sight. The neighborhood is family, friendly and extremely clean. The house was very clean. It was nice that there were not a ton of decorations. Provided boardgames, which is an added plus. We would recommend this home for anybody who is looking to reset being a clean space and feel comfortable.

The prices were very reasonable so we decided to give it a shot. After staying here, we couldn’t believe the house was priced so great for the niceness and location. They have everything you could need, every bedroom is beautiful, and the master bedroom is incredible with perfect views. We took our dogs with us and the way it’s laid out at the bottom is perfect for walking your dogs in middle of the night when it’s raining. We had a great time and plan on staying here from now on!
