This stunning Morgantown home comfortably sleeps nine, with accommodations for up to 12, thanks to child-friendly beds. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and dog-friendly policies, both the home and the beach welcome your furry family members.

The Space

Inside, a spacious living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a stylish tumbled marble backsplash with custom inlay. Food prep is a breeze with a 5-burner KitchenAid cooktop, a large pantry, and additional seating at the kitchen bar.

Custom details like tile floors and plantation shutters throughout enhance the coastal charm of this beach retreat.

First Level:
• A full-over-full bunk bed with a trundle and a full bathroom.

Second Level:
• The primary suite features a luxurious private bath with a double vanity, freestanding tub, and stall shower. Enjoy private balcony access and gorgeous Gulf views. This room also includes two child-friendly sleeper chairs.
• A queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a single sleeper chair.
• A convenient workstation nook with a desk, perfect for catching up on work or school.

Located in the charming seaside community of Morgantown, you’ll enjoy access to:

Pet friendly, accommodating amenities, steps to the beach. This was a last minute booking for us. We arrived early and it was great having access to the beach, pool and tennis courts while awaiting check in. Short drive to Fort Morgan historic site, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort and The Peninsula Golf Club. Also within 30 minute drive to more populated areas/shopping etc.

We have been coming to Morgantown for our annual visit now for 12 years. We have stayed at several wondeful houses but this one is our favorite. This was our third time staying here. It is located so close to the beach beautiful house and love that it allows dogs. The amenities are wonderful. We hope to back next year.

We didn't want to leave!!! The upper deck has an amazing view of the water and gorgeous sunsets! The house was spacious and clean. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and we will come back to this property in the future. Thanks for a lovely anniversary get-away!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect time for rest and relaxation at a wonderful location. What you see advertised is exactly what you get. The home was clean and appealing. The master suite and balcony is fantastic. There was a huge cabinet of books to enjoy with so many of my favorite authors. I read 3 while lounging on the porches, drinking coffee and enjoying the breezes and view. The management company does an excellent job. We will certainly be choosing them again for future stays.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very comfortable for us and our pups. The beach views were great, especially the upper deck. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The walk to beach was easy and the neighborhood was nice. We enjoyed the pools! My only recommendation would be to switch to smart tvs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I can not say enough great things!! The house was great with plenty of room. Had everything we needed. But the contact with the owners and property management was outstanding!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have been going to Gulf Shores for several years, and this stay by far was our best!

Great Trip

Our family had a wonderful time for our short getaway. We love being such a short walk to the beach that makes back and forth a breeze. The home was very comfortable and had plenty of space for us. We will certainly be back.
