It was a great stay for the price. There are a few things in need of repair in the unit( trim on floor between kitchen and living room was broken and loose, edge of countertops seperating etc.) but overall none of those things affected our comfort or stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Very clean condo with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The views were beautiful, the pool was nice, and the kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of cooking tools. Easy beach access made our stay even better. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

If you can find another unit in Crystal sands do it! We walked in to a funky smell. It was the furnace filter. It was black. I have pictures. Pots, pans, glasses and silverware not up to par. Oven needs cleaning, countertops should be replaced. The entire unit needs updating. We spent most time outside as balcony chairs were uncomfortable. Stayed in Gulf Shores condo in April and was incredible compared to this unit. BTW bring extra 300.00 because chairs and umbrellas will cost you. Your umbrella not allowed on this private property. Wont be back.

I did not hear any of these complaints while they were staying in the condo, would have been addressed. I did a walk thru on all my condos and this one did not need any new kitchen ware or silver ware its plenty and usable 2 mo ago The ac filter was replaced a month ago by maintenance. We have no say on HOA rules as owners. You should have asked the question prior to booking like the rest of the world if umbrellas allowed on the beach? Beach service is avail at your expense. Thank you for not returning

Room was fine. Property owner was horrible. Extremely rude and unhelpful. We weren't told the pool was down, there were no chairs or umbrella services. It costs an extra 300 for chairs and umbrella. When we checked in, we were sent a list of things to do before we left, which included mopping all the floors. Would never stay at this location again. Horrible owner and experience

This person called me cheap because the price he paid for their stay did not include the beach service All i asked him was if he had inquired about it prior to booking pertaining the beach service? he held me accountable for his ignorance that was the only communication he and I had so i took the high rode he never said anything during his stay which means everything was actually perfect Even though he said in his msg he was going to give me 1* which he did i still rated him 3* that goes to show me what kind of an owner i am? Very fair

Perfect location & great host

I am familiar with this location and this property as I have stayed around here for many years and it is the perfect beach spot & a great property. This room is just as nice as it looks online & the host is very responsive and he responds quickly. We enjoyed our stay so much and would stay here again!

It’s directly on the beach 2nd floor one bedroom and a bunk bed for two kiddos two bathrooms with only one tub/shower. I was pleased with the condo just needed one more shower with a family of 4.

Great location, beautiful views

Long weekend stay for myself & my husband. Absolutely gorgeous views!!! Conveniently located right on the beach & close to everything we needed. Basic accommodations that fit us perfectly. Will return & definitely recommend.

Wonderful view and clean condo. Was a great stay.

Loved being right on the ocean and having a pool! Was so great to go back n forth and parking was great. Was a clean and smelled great! Lots of space and we enjoyed ourselves so much! Great balcony and view of the ocean and nice and quiet. No loud neighbors that was a huge plus. Thanks for the great stay!
