Grandview #205A -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

I thought the room would be bigger. It was clean and had all the essentials. The curtains should be darker as we had light from the hallway all night long. There was paint and molding in the closet which I think should’ve been removed.

It was great. It's a short walk to downtown. The best part about it is probably their access to the lake, the deck that they have outside is beautiful, and the pool area is pretty nice as well. They have a small bar right next to the pool, which is super convenient. Really great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Everyone was helpful that we spoke to. Definitely will be back.

Pool and lake access are incredible. RIGHT in town walking distance next to all the shops and restaurants. One of the best places I have stayed in Chelan for families and I have been coming to Chelan since I was a kid.

Only issue was the tv channels. Only 6 channels were watchable. The rest either had no signal or very poor signal.

Not quite a condo. Just a microwave and refrigerator with a few dishes and glassware. The only sink is the bathroom sink. More a hotel room than condo. Great location, clean.

Room not as pictured. No large floor mirror. It was stored in the closet with a can of paint and wood molding pieces. We got coffee from the lobby as there was only one coffee cup. We had to make coffee on the nightstand after unplugging a lamp. Overall as we were really only there to sleep, it was an average room. Loved the pool and separate open deck with lounge chairs. Would stay agin but felt the room was overpriced

Right on the lake.

Our stay was good. Room dated and cramped. We were given a different room because the one we rented had issues with water, but we were not compensated in anyway for this.

We enjoyed our stay. The issue I had was that we were unable to use our phones. We were told by the front desk it’s like that for everyone, and that the WiFi connect was not great.

We enjoyed our stay however the room is quite small and there is no table or TV tray to eat on. Not sure why they supply placemats. :) Location of property is fabulous; close to town and the river walk.
