There is room for your whole group at our Mountain View Retreat with 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and separate casita on property. Beautiful furnishings accentuate the generously spaced interior felt across the guest rooms and living spaces. When you’re not in the resort inspired pool, or by the fire outside, you can get cozy in the theater room, or play ping pong in the game room. This unique retreat is in the luxurious city of Paradise Valley, just 10 minutes from Old Town, Scottsdale.

- Features 2 master bedrooms and 2 additional ensuite bedrooms
- Detached casita with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space
- Sleeping for 20 in the main house with an additional 4 in the Casita
- Guest garage includes parking for 2 cars, with plenty of additional parking on-site
- Generous sized and well equipped kitchen with three sinks, large range, and sub-zero fridge
- The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs and Youtube TV live service, you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV
- Home office with chair, desk, mouse pad, and monitor 
- Multiple separate entertainment areas
- Home theater, air hockey, ping pong, corn hole, and board games for your entertainment

- Gas fireplaces are not for guest use due to safety concerns
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days

Rules, Regulations, and Policies:
- Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided.
- No pets allowed. Subject to fines of up to $500 per pet. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- No smoking allowed. Subject to fines up to $500. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the neighboring properties’ peace and enjoyment are prohibited and may result in eviction without refund and fines up to $5,000. Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.
- A rental agreement and ID will be required to complete your reservation.
- Per Paradise Valley ordinances any guests with a verified sex offender history will be asked to cancel their reservation at their expense.
- A complete guest list must be provided within 48 hours of booking and a sex offender background check must be performed on every guest staying the night at the property.

Per Paradise Valley Ordnance 2022-03 The Follow Must Be Displayed:
- You must meet in person with the owner of this property during check-in. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.
- You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.
- The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited.
- The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-3767.

Luxekey Cancellation Policy:
- 30+ days prior to arrival date: 100% Refund
- 14-29 days prior to arrival date: 50% Refund
- 14 days or less prior to arrival date: No Refund, minus cleaning fee if applicable
