GULF SHORES SURF & RACQUET #313A - As soon as you walk through the door you will feel right at home! The unit is cozy and very comfortable! As you enter, you are welcomed with a precious bench so that you can drop your luggage and get your vacation started! As you turn to your right you will find the master bedroom with a KING sized bed and a flat screen on the wall! The room is decorated with soothing colors and a coastal feel.

The bathroom is the next room you'll encounter. There is a tub/shower combo in this precious space! The kitchen and living room are next! The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, silverware and dishes. There is a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to use! There is seating at the bar for 3 and a small dining table that seats two. And, the living room has a NEW queen sized sofa sleeper with an upgraded memory foam mattress for the kiddos!

Once you step onto the balcony you will fall in love with the view of the Gulf of Mexico! There is seating for four on this balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee there and then a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sunset!

This complex is located right across the street from West Beach. It is a short 2 minute walk to get there. There is deeded beach access that is only used by the guests of this complex. There is a covered area with seating with a boardwalk that leads to the beach.

This resort style complex offers:

* Free WiFi

* Private deeded beach access (2 minute walk to West Beach)

* Private access to Little Lagoon

* You can enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing and watching sunsets from 2 piers

* Pier 1 is equipped with 1st come-1st served boat slips, a fish cleaning station, water and power

* Pier 2 is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. There are grills and picnic tables to enjoy as well.

* The Resort-Style pool area is tropically landscaped with a huge fountain, hot tub and gazebo

* There are two lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard too!

* There is a boat lot (must pay to park your boat), boat ramp and parking

****A PARKING PASS FOR YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. YOU MUST PURCHASE UPON ARRIVAL AT THE ON-SITE OFFICE***

*You must be 25 to rent this unit.
*Non-smoking unit *No pets allowed
*Required parking fee per vehicle - approximately $30 for your stay (you can purchase more than one pass, price subject to change). Your reservation does not include a parking pass.
Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Bring extra if staying longer than a couple days.

We decided to come for the weekend last minute and this condo didn’t disappoint. Great view from the balcony, clean, several items were provided to us to get us started. The pool area is very nice and you get the best of both views with the lagoon area and the beach. We had a great time and would return to this condo.

Very clean, great value, suffice our needs. Resort was very well groomed. Played pickleball, bean bags,nice pool area but pool was cold. Owner was very responsive to our request. We felt very safe.

Hey Tammy, Thank you for staying with us and the feedback. I just wanted to include here that the AC issue wasn't reported to us until 10:30am on Monday and we got a HVAC tech there and the issue resolved by 2:30pm. If the issue had been reported on Sunday, we would have sent the HVAC tech then.

We chose this location to be a bit away from the busiest part of town and for the balcony with a view of the Gulf. While the condo is big, it would be hard to have 2 couples due to the layout of it. I wish there was more control over people yelling outside at night. Makes trying to relax on the balcony not as enjoyable.

Great location!

Great location. Far enough away from busy beaches but close enough to easily get to anything. Quick walk to the beach with umbrella services available. Pool area was very nice and condo was very clean! Everything was as stated online. You do walk into the bedroom from the front door but there are doors for privacy from the other areas.
