One of the best unobstructed, straight line Gulf Views you will see at Grand Beach Resort! This is a one bedroom with 625 sq ft floor plan. My condo is beautifully decorated with many breakables so please look at photos if you have small children. This is a 2nd floor unit. This condo Sleeps up 3-4 adults ( not more) and 2 SMALL children on the hall bunks. ( 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper and Bunk beds.
As you enter the Condo you will feel a coastal vibe from a stunning beach decor. Your perfect dreamy beach retreat awaits you and your family.
Located just one mile east of Gulf Shores famous Hangout and surrounded by our Gulf Shores State Park.
Walk to nearby restaurants or explore nearby fishing, biking, and boating.
Enjoy the most gorgeous sugar white beaches or relax by our Resort Pool and Hot tub.
Watch breath taking views and sunrises from your Private deck with heavy Adirondack patio furniture.
The Condo has been painted with beach colors throughout. Renovated kitchen backsplash, new microwave, new small appliances ie. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender and Air Fryer. A Fully stocked Kitchen with new cookware and new dishes.
Blackout curtains throughout.
*No PETS allowed. (No exceptions due to owner allergies). Our Resort does not allow pets from renters.
*No SMOKING or VAPING in my Condo or on patio deck.
*No Parties or unruly behavior. This is a quiet family vacation destination. No loud noise after 10 pm even if checking in late. This condo only
SLEEPS 3-4 adults and 2 SMALL children.
Bedroom has a Queen bed. Hall has Bunk beds,. Full size sleeper sofa in living room.
Parking passes for your vehicle must be purchased on VRBO at booking and are $50 each (Max 2 passes) .. Parking is limited and passes are required to be visible inside your vehicle to prevent towing.

Any broken/damaged property inside or outside my unit caused by a renter/visitors will be held responsible for paying the cost to replace it.
Grand Beach Resort quiet times are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Security cameras are on site. Parking lot is security monitored.
Any purchased parking passes lost, will need to be replaced through our HOA resort manager at an on site cost of $50 each.

Place was small but absolutely beautiful. Not really for anyone with kids. So many breakable things and so much stuff that there is no place to put your own things. Perfect for a couple. We were on 2nd floor and the elevator was out the whole week we were there. We knew this ahead of time. The construction that was going on was very unsafe! We had company stop for a bit and when they left she was walking out from pool area to parking lot and they started grinding while she was going through and she got a piece of metal in her eye. She didn’t say anything but was totally unacceptable!

Sweet, beautifully decorated small beach condo. Close to the beach with a beautiful view. Well stocked and a “HOT” hot tub outside for our chilly nights.

Very Clean and decorated nicely!

This condo was very clean and decorated nicely! It had plenty of seating and space for our family of 4. Pam, the property owner, was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Great for Family of Four

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our children (age 9 and 6) liked the bunk beds. We had plenty of room for our family. We loved the location on the beach—it was never crowded and we never had trouble finding a spot to set up. Great communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

Gulf shores

The host is very kind and made sure everything was ready. Also went the extra mile to ensure we didn’t need anything extra. The place was clean the temperature was very good! The blankets for the sitting area was a nice touch as well as the games. The balcony had a great view. The colors and set up was really pretty!

Great Gulf Shores Location

Loved the condo. Lowed the location. One of the best equipped, especially kitchen appliances and cookware, condos we've rented over the years. Location is great, don't be concerned about not being directly on the beach you can see the waterline from the balcony and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. And, with this condo on the east end of Gulf Shores near the State Park the beach is far less crowded. Property Manager also responds quickly to all inquiries which is a real plus. We plan to return for another stay.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved this location. It was so close to the beach and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pictures of the interior of the condo are accurate. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We did rearrange a few furniture items to give our family a little more space, but it was easily done. The host provided quick answers to questions and was always very gracious. The road outside the condo was never too busy, but there were cars throughout the day. There was also a construction project across the street that caused a little noise during the weekdays, but it was only heard when we were out on the balcony. The beach across from the condo was not too crowded, which was great. There was never a time of day that we had trouble finding a spot. The entire facility had safe parking and was clean throughout. Other guests were quiet and respectful. We also used the community grills two nights of our stay and they were clean and convenient. The pool was well maintained, but busy. We spent most of our time at the beach instead. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to reserve this unit again in the future.

Nice place but small and cramped

It was a cute place, but there is too many pillows and too many decorative items. We couldn't put our stuff anywhere. We felt cramped the entire time. No way this place sleeps 6. A small family tops! A little upset there was only one trash bag for the entire week and less than 1 toilet paper and paper towel roll. For as much as we paid you would think more of that would have been supplied. As cute as it was - would not book again.

AMAZING!!

What a beautiful place that looks just like the photos. A great view with easy access to the very uncrowded section of the beach. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely stay again. Perfect for our mother/daughter getaway!! Thanks for a great trip!

Short getaway

Enjoyed the 3 days we stayed with my wife ,niece ≠phew. Room was very clean & just out of the busy condo area with traffic but still close to everything. Short walk to beach with a clear view of the Gulf from condo. Would stay again & recommend to friends.

Summer Vacation

Everything was beautiful. I would mention if you are bringing small children the condo is extremely full of décor and furniture. Although stunning the table with 4 chairs is not set up for use. You cannot use the four chairs unless you pull the table out in the walkway. Less décor would be better for the renter. The closet is full and we couldn't store our things or hand our clothes. The roll away bed is not feasible due to the fact that there is no there to put it up and it takes up the entire closet. Just kind suggestions to make it more user friendly to your renters.
