Additional Notes:
• The unit is part of a 2 story house. This is the downstairs unit.
• No kitchen; the unit comes with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker.
• Shared laundry located hallway area. Please, the shared laundry area can be only used until 10 pm
• Free street parking is available, note the street signs with the street cleaning schedules.
• We regret to decline children or infants at this unit.
• The TV is Smart with Youtube app

The Neighborhood:
Both rooms will have separate private bathroom. It's a nice location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Relatively quiet neighborhood.

Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night.

Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sauber und aufgeräumt. Sie reicht zum Übernachten auch weitestgehend aus. Ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich doch. Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Es fehlt an Besteck ( keine 2 komplette Sätze vorhanden) auch wären ein paar Gläser ganz nützlich. Ein zweiter Bettbezug und Decke ( falls man getrennt in Bett und auf der Couch schlafen möchte) sollte auch vorhanden sein. Gelegentlich nervt die Heizung, die schon mal nachts relativ laut anspringt. Aber wie gesagt, wir waren 10 Tage da und haben uns arrangiert.

The heater

My only problem was that the heater was on non-stop the 1st night and i had no access to control it. The other thing that turned me off was the mice poop in the shower…..i can send a picture if needed…but that is gross. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the wifi worked, the t.v. was fine.

Efficient

Clean and efficient amenities and comfortable bed…easy in and out and excellent communication with hosts but not somewhere I’d be able to recommend for a long stay, the noise transfer (footsteps and voices) from upstairs was very distracting and limited work (which I needed to do while there). The neighborhood did not feel entirely safe, not a lot of food options nearby. About a 20 min drive into SF proper, two hour parking required constant attention during the stay.

Great value two bedroom

Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom with a garage in a working class neighborhood - perfect for our needs. As another reviewer mentioned, the climate control was confusing and beyond our ability to sort out too, so the place stayed at about 64 degrees inside the entire 3 days. One other thing that might be helpful to know is that the layout is a little unusual in that the second bedroom is through a laundry room shared with the upstairs unit. All in all, we really liked the place and would definitely stay again.
